That may be true, but it isn't about this particular case. The trespasser, Fischer, is being charged with a law of destroying evidence or otherwise impeding a process. Something like that. He didn't destroy evidence. Does the "otherwise" have to do with evidence, or is it a separate thing? The count was delayed. so if the Court decides it is a separate thing, I think his case would go back to decide if he did delay a procedure.
