Merchan has continued to demonstrate to most observant and interested parties that he truly does not understand the basic underpinnings of the principles of the legal system here in the United States of America, but rather he simply replicates the attitudes and sympathies of failed democracies in Central and South America. Unbiased judicial evaluation should result in his disbarment after this charade of a trial is completed.
