For the record she still hasn't set any of the CIPA deadlines. Those of us that paid attention knew in December that she wasn't being serious and was purposely delaying the case. None of which has anything to do with Jack Smith, he doesn't set any of these deadlines. Once she didn't set any required deadlines at the March 1st hearing we knew this case wasn't going to trial on May 20th.
