    RILEY GREENWOOD
    Riley Greenwood as born and raised here in Peoria, IL. She is a self-taught baker that will be celebrating 7 amazing years of business on March 17, 2024. Her bakery is 100% vegan, meaning no animal products are used to create nostalgic desserts that we all know and love.
    RACHAEL PARKER
    Rachael was born in Galesburg, and attended WIU and graduated from Bradley University. She was elected to permanently serve as the Peoria County Clerk in 2019, the first person of color to hold this position. Parker was the Economic Development Director for the City of Chillicothe, also the first black employee hired in history. Rachael is a former District 150 School Board of Education Member, a former Peoria County Board Member representing the 5th District. She currently serves on the Peoria Women's Club Board, the Black Business Alliance/Minority Business Development Center Board and the Illinois Business Financial Services Board. She is also on the leadership team at St. Paul Baptist Church. She currently runs Sweet Cakes by Rachael, PR Properties, and a consultant for Paparazzi jewelry, a company she started solely for the benefit of her two grandchildren.
