Hi Tom! Thanks for watching the channel! We lease that machine from a company that services & maintains it and also maintains & fills the cleaner. The company name is Crystal Clean and they use their specific product for the cleaning agent.

It’s a water based solution that isn’t available outside of commercial purposes. It is a proprietary solution provided by a contracted company that delivers it, maintains the machine & maintains the ratio of the solution. Simple Green & Dawn dishwashing soap were suggested in the video as viable options for water based cleaning outside of the commercial setting. There’s also links in the description for water based cleaning solutions in case those could be helpful for someone. Hope this helps!
