1.5 Tbsp Roasted Masala
1 Onion Bulbs
1 Capsicum Bulb
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
Ginger jullienne
3 - 4 Garlic Cloves Chopped
Coriander Leaves
INGERDIENTS TO MARINATE THE CHICKEN
1/2 kg chicken
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 Onion Sliced
Lemon Zest
1/4 Cup Curd
1 Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Roasted Masala
INGREDIENTS TO MAKE ROASTED MASALA
2 tsp Black Peppercorns
1/2 tsp Sauf
1 tsp Coriander Seeds
3 -4 Laung
2 Dried Red Chilli
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/2 tsp Salt
INGREDIENTS TO MAKE SLURRY
1 Cup Water
1 Tbsp Corn Starch
1 tsp Soy Sauce

I tried the recipe , and it came out delicious. I added brown sugar at the end and it just enhanced the taste to a different level. And instead of adding garam masala powder i roasted garam masalas with your recommended masalas.

Amazing recepie. I just tried it and while eating writing the review. Only thing is to be taken care of that to limit green chilli and red chilli sauce usage as Bharat Sir did ( which i unfortunately not follwed) , otherwise the curry will become super 🔥 due to presence of lots of black pepper. Surely a healthy dish it is ❤
