I do notice that cruella's voice is different in this original cartoon compared to the sequel in 2003. But of course the sequel was being made literally 42 years after the original, so of course they had to use different actors and try make the characters sound as similar as possible.

Unless her gifting poncho and annita was a ploy which I highly doubt is it.
