The whole "hacking into the internet thing" is in the comics. He can do that. Retract that nat 1.
HE CAN?! WHAT?!
that just means the comics did a nat 1 which the movies copied.
@@TheLoadingCrew There was a story in the 1990s where some CEO made a video-game based on the events of Maximum Carnage, and Cletus somehow used his symbiote to enter cyberspace to kill the people playing it before being stopped by Venom. It was weird, to say the least.
@@TheLoadingCrew yup! It's in Venom: Carnage unleashed. From the 90s.
which makes sense considering scorn
Carnage interfacing with the internet was a lot weirder in the comics. There was one comic where Carnage and Venom jumped into separate computers to beat each other up wirelessly.
“I’m sure no other dangerous pairings were created in that chapel…“
Well, if they stick even slightly to his comic counterpart, good news about Toxin being a good guy! He and Detective Mulligan will have a lot of friction early on, but Mulligan will make sure to teach him right from wrong!
The line about red ones being dangerous is a reference to the idea proposed in the comics that Carnage is a mutated symbiote who is significantly stronger than a normal symbiote but also far less stable. Toxin is even stronger and also fairly unstable.
As far as I heard, Comic Carnage is just as Chaotic Evil as Cletus is AT THE START of this film.
Dude was beyond chaotic evil in the comics. A whole new alignment needs to be created for him.
Oh no Comic Carnage is soooo much worse then movie Carnage
You should ABSOLUTELY do Scarlet Witch aka Wanda from MCU!! I know you di her in the past, but she needs an update after Multiverse of Madness
If they really want a "She-Venom"
Might I suggest Mania?
She's like the Spider Qwen of Venoms symbiote babies xD
Id be stoked to see that
There's also Scream, an evil female symbiote.
Venom: Chaotic neutral-chaotic good
Carnage: Chaotic evil
I am looking forward to Venom 3 or whatever the hell they do with him/it? In the MCU. Great video man and heroes feats ding was great xD
Apparently they want to do a Sinister Six story as Mobius post credit scene clearly made it look like, so maybe we'll see Venom there.
bro was afraid to misgender an alien 💀💀😭
From what I know about the symbiotes, it's not just the brains, it's the dopamine content within. Which explains why Chocolate works as a substitute, Chocolate commonly increases the dopamine one feels.
Great video and I totally agree with skipping Morbius.
I still feel that both Eddie's and Venom's characters suffered quite a bit in the movies because they turned them into good guys skipping their time as villains.
I really feel that thei role as antagonists is what made them such interesting heroes when they actually became good guys.
It's the same problem Karl Urban's character had in Thor Ragnarok, in the comics the guy was the muscle of an asgardian witch and he rarely showed any emotion except devotion for her mistress.
The ultimate sacrifice against Hela's army worked in the comics because it was a truly heroic moment from a bad guy but he did it for Amora not for Thor and not to save the day, Karl Urban was just a comic relief... Sorry that has nothing to do with this video.
I was gonna suggest that the next alignment could be that of Pinocchio from the animated master piece who has a perfect casting but instead I will suggest a couple animes...
Tanya Von Degrechauf from Youjo Senki and Marin Kitagawa/Wakana Gojo from My Dress Up Darling.
This is me commenting, already subscribed and liked.
I'd argue that Venom hopping bodies is Chaotic Evil. He's killing unwilling hosts by bonding to them.
Actually, the fact that the detective was implied to now have a symbiote of his own is likely a *good* thing, as it seems to imply that the new symbiote is Toxin, whom is actually an anti-hero in the comics, much like Venom himself. Venom and Toxin have teamed up before as well. A newborn symbiote's starting morality and general personality is heavily influenced by their very first host, so with Toxin's first host being a Detective of all things means that Toxin will be distinctly Good-aligned from the get-go. IIRC, Venom and Toxin have actually teamed up before as well.
And Venom remarking that Carnage has the advantage is actually accurate to the comics, since in the comics, Carnage is usually strong enough that it often requires Spider-Man & Venom working together to actually take Carnage down.
That whole internet travel bit just reminded me the show Freakazoid exists. So that's something
Once again, I'm doing it with him. I'd say that he's Chaotic Good leaning Chaotic Neutral. Almost like my last alignment! However, I labeled more Neutral Goods here than I did in the last one, and if not for the party scene, he would be Chaotic Neutral.
How about a video about the characters from the anime Dorohedoro. Really excellent anime on Netflix and an excellent manga as well.
So here's abit of un common symbiote lore. when Symbiotes bond to a host they take aspects of that hosts personality into them selves to better merge with their hosts, the Reason Carnage is so vicious when he's first born is because Kasady is also that vicious. also in the comics Carnage was bonded to Kasady's blood which made their union the strongest which is why Carnage is so powerful.
You can’t escape the Morb. It’s always Morbin’ time. You can’t stop the pleads of all 4 Morbillion fans requesting a Morbius alignment video.
Venom and Carnage can both enter the internet. Okay, this is possibly one of the most '90s storylines in comic books in recent memory. After the advent and subsequent rise of the Internet, many comic books integrated the world wide web into their storylines and this is perhaps one of the most bizarre examples of that.
In the story of Carnage Unleashed, Carnage began entering itself into the Internet to kill various people across the world. After hearing about this dangerous new activity, Venom decided that it must step in and put an end to its offspring's killing spree. So Venom then uploaded itself onto the Internet and the two symbiotes did battle on the information superhighway.
Something to note from the last video since Venom is considered a loser it might be safe to say he is old compared mainly to Riot because there race the offspring is stronger that the symbiote they came from which is why Venom was so scared of Carnage
I appreciate the Spiderman ps1 music.
Morbius was great. It was horrible in a good way, I loved it, completely nonsense from beggining to end. I recommend it if you like to watch movies to laugh at them. The special effects are good too.
You dropped it at a weird time. Thought there was gonna be one today as a result.
my bad. dropped it a few hours late. helluva week
Hey great video! Wasn’t expecting this today but it was a good surprise.
Whether they're good or not, the Venom movies are always fun. And that's something.
Please do Thor, Iron Man or Captain America. These guys have the most development in the MCU And it would be fun to see (even if it's a lot of work for you). You're amazing, keep it up !
captain america is out already
I loved this video. Venom is one of my favorite characters and the fighting couple act between Venom and Eddie was great. I hope we get to see Venom interact with Spidey someday or that “other Venom”. He could eat those brains, although they may not have great nourishment.
I never new this movie is so funny. Porbobly gonna actually watch it
Another great analysis!
Seeing characters like Venom who make choices that are kind of all over the place can make for really interesting alignment tests.
Which got me thinking. I’m surprised nobody has done an alignment video on the live action Optimus Prime. You’d think he’d be a sure lawful good but there are some actions taken in the films that make me wonder. Heck maybe Optimus and Megatron both since they’re both in every film? But the last two in the Bayverse are so bad I’d honestly feel bad suggesting their inclusion.
I honestly love the venom movies they are awesome.
oh my gosh I was just thinking about wanting to see you do a venom 2 video (I know your trying to round up them up before you quit, but thank you getting back to my gooly boi)
Carnage is Chaotic Evil
I kinda like the Venom movies because since watching Spider-Man 3 I was like, "damn does the Venom symbiote lacked ANY personality and was just black sentient ferro fluid."
Its funny that you say that Carnage creates a bloodbath with his prison escape when the only blood in the whole movie was from the scene when Cletus bit Eddie. Seriously, thats my biggest crticism on this movie, they have a highly psychopathic villian named "Carnage", and the biggest ammount of violence in the whole thing its a bite on someones hand. Filmento himself said that this is a childrens movie, and i freaking agree, specially with Carnage hacking the internet.
Edit: During a shower i just remembered something that i realized the first time i watched this movie: Eddie is a huge douche here. You see, the central event of the movie is Eddie investigating Cletus story, he however does two really douchy things that end up causing the whole plot of the movie:
1 - Eddie betrays Venom: After interviewing Cletus and realizing that this is leading nowhere, Venom suggest to check his room to see if theres something worth checking, Eddie refuses to until he is pushed by Venom himself. It is here that Venom realizes that Cletus left clues for where he buried the bodies of the people he murdered and eventually tells it to Eddie. This is not just a dumb moment for Eddie as he, a journalist, didnt even thought on the possibility of that his wall drawings could hide something, its also a really asshole moment as he never gave credit for it to Venom. I realize that reading in the news papers "Local Alien Symbiote solves a deacade old mystery" its quite ridiculous, but this is not what Venom wanted, he wanted a "you did great Venom!" from Eddie, and he totally refused to give it.
2 - Eddie abuses of Cletus Story: Cletus agreed to meet up with Eddie with one condition: he would tell his full story, from his tragic childhood, how he met the love of his life and how he became a serial killer, and Eddie agreed to this... until he published only the part of the murders and where the bodies were, leading to Cletus personal reveng agaisnt himself. Now, i would understand that the news station Eddie works for would be quite agaisnt the idea of publishing an story that puts a sadistic serial killer on a good light, but because this is never addressed it makes it looks like Eddie skipped this part of the story intentionally, as he never apologize to Cletus for not being able to tell the full story nor anything alike.
Punisher from daredevil s2 and his own show
thank you
Since you asked what I want you to do next... I'll go with the two answers that I've given before on this subject - for a quick analysis, Sherlock Holmes and John Watson from the Robert Downy Jr duology (Sherlock Holmes and Game of Shadows) or the BBC series Sherlock; or for a longer series, Lina Inverse from The Slayers (if you want to break it down to a more manageable level, I'd say probably look at Next or Try - though any of them should be a fun journey through Lina's life). Until they come out, those are and shall always be my top picks.
Venom needs to keep in in his pants. He has way too many children accientally
The algorithm keeps sending MGRR my way, you may want to do characters from the Metal Gear franchise if you aren't already.
It’s not explained in the movie, but symbiotes become more powerful with each successive generation. That’s why venom really was concerned.
Have you ever thought of doing alignments on the heros or main protagonists of verous super hero cartoon shows marvel and dc have put out over the years?
Avangers earth's mightiest heros
The dcau shows
Big hero six ( honest surprisingly good until the 3ed season)
The verous xmen cartoons, Hay xmen movies are going to be relevant again soon enough, think of that sweet sweet, sight traffic
All For One from My Hero Academia could be an interesting one. He'd definitely be somewhere on the Evil spectrum, particularly considering his title as the "Symbol of Evil", but he's such a well done villain that I still find him incredibly interesting.
I wish you would do the venom from the maximum carnage and lethal protector comics
Comic Carnage is Pure Evil or chaotic Evil no Question
Venom.. Depending on the story he is neutral Good, evil/good chaotic.. all depends on the Time,Comic,Story you get it LOL
It would be an odd one, but maybe The Narrator from Stanley Parable? The narrative seems to shift a lot and the game has no set progression, so I don't think it's an easy one to do. But hey, if it sounds like an interesting project and you do it I could be wrong.
Spoilers:
Personally he feels chaotic neutral, as he does good or evil based on the players actions and wants nothing more than to tell his stories and uphold the integrity of his works. But I think a case could be made for borderline chaotic evil considering his speech if you try to take control of the mind control facility...
... Also you could do the bucket in the same video as well. D E E P E S T L O R E.
Have you heard of Highway 35 and Acceleracers? I grew up with those movies and was wondering if you can do a video on Vert Wheeler. The best thing about this is that you can easily find the movies on UA-cam.
Any chance for an alignment video for Tai and Agumon from Digimon?
Why does *everybody* forget about *BROCCOLI!?*
Still rooting for *Joel* from *The Last of Us*
Why won't you watch Morbius!?!? It's one of the most movie to ever exsist
I am curious about how such points are distributed? Are they strictly personal for a character or is there an OBJECTIVE measurement? Will of the universe so to speak?
For example lying nets chaotic points so if you lie you become chaotic BUT what if a character has amnesia and lies saying his name is John instead of truthfully saying I don't know, however later he remembers that his name IS ACTUALLY JOHN so what will happen then?
Will he receive chaotic points? Maybe lawful since technically he said the truth
check the shrek and mandalorian video. it explains better
@@TheLoadingCrew ok
If you do Dante and Vergil from the Devil May Cry series?
on the list
Wouldn't Animal brains work as well?
Like i know its not a human brain butt its got to be better then chocolate...
Hey Morbius wasn't that bad, you know the saying "Don't knock it till you try it" that was morbius. In my opinion it's a 4/10 sure it was eye candy and it wasn't too bad on the story but it felt rushed. But if you don't watching you really are gonna miss a bunch of marvel and Sony crossovers
It was meh. Nothing really stand out, and biggest complaint I had with it was the pacing. Early felt like it was dragging on, then it felt like it wanted to be fast paced but had nothing to merit that pace. Found a good stride in the third quarter, before being too fast again until the credits.
did you just give him chaotic neutral for possessing and killing several people?
Probably because Venom was weak from not being able to consumes brains and most folks can't handle a bond with Venom. Venom can't survive without a host and since Eddie and Venom broke up, he had no other choice.
@@JoshtheOverlander Cool motive, still murder
Plzzzz do Guts from berserk plzzzzzz
I thought you were going to stop doing Alignment videos, or are we still getting the videos that were finished before the decision was made????
pretty much
Yeah good on you for skipping Morbius cause wow it was a dumpster fire even if in parts it was a funny dumpster fire.
I didn't like venom 2. It was just too childish for me
