Following the release of the chart topping album "Haven" (#1 Hard Rock Billboard), KAMELOT finally releases the highly anticipated album "The Shadow Theory". The Shadow Theory was produced by acclaimed music producer Sascha Paeth and mastered by Jacob Hansen. A massive piece of work that will more than please critics and fans alike. Guests on the album include Lauren Hart (Once Human), Jennifer Haben (Beyond The Black) and Sascha Paeth. The amazing cover and artwork was created by Stefan Heilemann.
It's time to step into the dystopic and psychological world of The Shadow Theory. Kamelot returns with a dystopian inspired vision of the future for the song "Phantom Divine". In the not too distant future, our memories and thoughts will be extracted and transferred to synthetic AI. Our carbon based bodies will no longer be needed and eventually discarded. A bit different, still epic. While I'm one of those fans who are still a bit nostalgic about the Khan-era, I totally respect the ongoing developement and perfectionism you guys are putting into your work.
It's great to see Lauren Hart excercising her softer vocal side too. She sounded great here!
Her clean vocals are so freaking good... her voice has a "young witch" vibe to it, I can't really explain.
LAUREN HART IS FUCKING BRILLIANT! I've always thought she was destined for greatness, her band Once Human is really really good and not many people know them, I hope this collab help to catapult them to something bigger.

Imagine if they made a movie out of this. Like a musical. They would be all actors like any movie but all the songs (full songs) from the album takes place here and there. Would be fucking epic like hell.

It's possible this album maybe a prequel, it carries a lot of themes that Haven had, to be honest.
not sure it's a prequel, but more likely a continuation of the dystopian / futuristic themes from Haven.

Saw this song live at their first show in the Shadow Theory tour in Louisville two days ago. Freaking amazing. It was my second time seeing them live and I will see them every freaking time they come around. I LOVE Kamelot!

Grillo recorded the drums for this album before he left. I'm 100% Nunez will however be amazing for Kamelot as he is with Firewind.

I liked it a lot. Although I strongly miss the old Kamleot, this new direction isn't bad at all. In fact, it's great. And although this song sounds similar to the last two albums, what you guys have done is perfected this new sound of yours. Well done.

Although I'm in love with Tommy's vocals I must say that hearing Lauren's clean singing sends chills down my spine every time, she IS amazing.
I felt a Silverthorn aura, but much more evolved. Loved this. Lauren Hart is a goddess, though her clean vocal in this song doesn't shine like I was expecting.

Took a little bit for me to get into this album compared to the earlier kamelot albums. Casey's absence became more and more noticeable as the album went along, but I think I've finally warmed up to it. Definitely a solid album though not 100% what I was expecting.

I kinda like this continuous theme of Matrix-like wiring and computers on the video. Very cool. I wouldn't mind hearing a song with her and Alissa White-Gluz of Arch Enemy someday.
