    I am a very intuitive person and I got ensaity,but, I know that when I think intuitibly it doesn't give me stress or anxiety. I fell ensaity when I project on what is going to happen in a situation.
    Thank you for explaining ❤

    Thank you for this video. I have been struggling with discerning these 2 for decades now.

    The struggle I am still having even after watching this video is that I believe my intuition triggers my anxiety. The video helped me differentiate between the two but it’s my intuition that got my anxiety started in the first place. That’s when I start getting tunnel vision thinking. ( which I know is the unhealthy part )Sometimes I wish my intuition about things would go away. But I will say I’m pretty accurate most of the time. I’ve had many people throughout my life Say, “how did you know what I was thinking?” yes it’s good to be empathetic, but it’s hard when it can take over and you’re just working out of your amygdala.😢

    Exactly spot on! Excellent.... takes years sometimes and knowledge of understanding childhood learned behavior patterns being brought up by Covert Narcissists who use you as a scapegoat.... emotional manipulation throughout childhood into adulthood serving women...
    Finally understanding what is going on. It's all God's plan from the beginning Psalm 139 1-16 Ephesians 1 4-11
    Hebrews 4 13And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.

      A Heyoka is a very powerful healer and empath that feels the emotions and energy of others inside their body.
      Heyokas are known for their ability to make others think deeply while laughing at the same time. For example, a Heyoka might crack a joke that exposes a hidden truth or unveils an unexpected perspective. Their humor serves as a wake-up call, encouraging people to question their assumptions and expand their minds.

    This is strange for me. I've been going through intense anxiety and a ptsd state for a couple of years now. I'm a truck driver and had ana accident the other day...got hit pretty hard from behind.
    I actually liked the state of mind the shock put me in because it forced me to be more present and out of my head that evening and most of the next day.
    I know sometimes people can sort of get shocked out of it. Like my father who had a period of intense anxiety and panick around my age, but then his daughter died and it became depression then went away. Like it snapped him back out of the anxiety and panick cycle.
    Would love to know your thoughts on that.

      We are all chosen... either for good or bad... His choice! He's the potter we are the clay... 13As it is written, “Jacob I have loved, but Esau I have hated.”
      Israel’s Rejection and God’s Justice
      14What shall we say then? Is there unrighteousness with God? Certainly not! 15For He says to Moses, “I will have mercy on whomever I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whomever I will have compassion.” 16So then it is not of him who wills, nor of him who runs, but of God who shows mercy. 17For the Scripture says to the Pharaoh, “For this very purpose I have raised you up, that I may show My power in you, and that My name may be declared in all the earth.” 18Therefore He has mercy on whom He wills, and whom He wills He hardens.
      19You will say to me then, “Why does He still find fault? For who has resisted His will?” 20But indeed, O man, who are you to reply against God? Will the thing formed say to him who formed it, “Why have you made me like this?” 21Does not the potter have power over the clay, from the same lump to make one vessel for honor and another for dishonor?
      22What if God, wanting to show His wrath and to make His power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath prepared for destruction, 23and that He might make known the riches of His glory on the vessels of mercy, which He had prepared beforehand for glory, 24even us whom He called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles?
      25As He says also in Hosea:
      “I will call them My people, who were not My people,
      And her beloved, who was not beloved.”
      26“And it shall come to pass in the place where it was said to them,
      ‘You are not My people,’
      There they shall be called sons of the living God.”
      Romans 9

      @BarbaraHeffernan ask Him... He watches and will let you know!
      Hebrews 4 13And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.
      James 1 5If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.

      @BarbaraHeffernan Isaiah 45 4For Jacob My servant’s sake,
      And Israel My elect,
      I have even called you by your name;
      I have named you, though you have not known Me.
      5I am the Lord, and there is no other;
      There is no God besides Me.
      I will gird you, though you have not known Me,
      6That they may know from the rising of the sun to its setting
      That there is none besides Me.
      I am the Lord, and there is no other;
      7I form the light and create darkness,
      I make peace and create calamity;
      I, the Lord, do all these things.’
