Cronometer says TJ’s pumpkin seeds are 9gr of protein…but for a 1/4 Cup. I dunno…that seems like a lot for a serving, yes? But even 1/2 that amt (2T), they are still a good protein source. Poor Colin! Broken Tibia…ooof. BTW…love your flowers/tulips.

I have a question - i have a multivitamin but even if I eat a plant-based diet and I may not get enough B12, zinc... I do eat lots of vitamin C and other vitamins. Isn't bad to get too much of some vitamins? Because the multivitamin gives you a 100% dose for the day.
yes it can be bad to get too much, if your multivitamin already has b12 zinc and iodine then you don't need an additional supplement. that's why I like to buy unfortified nutritional yeast/ milks so I don't get too much b12 and other vitamins since I take a multi vitamin already

i will make that salad! usually i use olive oil as a dressing but i will try with tahinni.

I've tried tempeh once and found it very dense and dry...how do you prevent this or is this just the texture of tempeh?
I think it’s just the texture but marinating it helps! Or try it in a more saucy recipe so it can absorb some of the liquid
