With the cortex i just got the mission engineering exp pedal designed for the QC. I can control any parameter of any amp, pedal, feature of the QC with it as well as using the switch which normally turns on a Wah to turn on a drive pedal or switch an amp. Its basically limitless so there is definitely an expression pedal you “should” buy for a cortex if you want to get the most out of it but i also understand why people may not want to maybe spend the price tag.

It’s a great expression pedal and you’re right, it can really open up the versatility of the qc too.
