I’m so happy that Hobby Link was doing a sale for these Mafex Terminator figures. Terminator 2 is easily one of my favorite movies

The accessories on this are great. So many companies these days skimp on them. Glad to see it comes with not only a lot but some really great ones.

Mafex is one of them. This is one of the few figs with a nice amount of accessories.
The amount we got is literally what we usually get for two figures. If only it came with a second body….
@@I-own-your-feelingsOnly on their comic figs, as they're aren't too inventive with them. Their movie figs are always packed with accessories. The recent Robocop and The Batman figs had a lot. And their Boba and Mando coming next month are comprehensive as well.

Well, the amount of hands we got was a surprise so maybe they surprise us with a few extra accessories for Winter Soldier. Who knows.

Yeah just cut that insert out and use it as a backdrop if you like to display your figures individually.

I don't understand why Medicom decided to charge the same price for the impending Poison Ivy figure when this Terminator figure comes with more than a dozen more accessories lol
Normally what these companies do is take a slight hit on one figure in order to make another more financially appealing. I remember reading that Hasbro made no money on its GI Joe figures back in the day but instead made their profits on the vehicles. Over charge one in order to make another a huge bargain. I know it sucks for people who don’t collect both but that’s my thinking on the matter.

These are amazing, I really hope they do more characters from the first two films and I'd kill for them to get the rights to Aliens, would love to see them do some Collonial Marines and Ripley. This is Neca but with far better quality and articulation.
I think as long as people are buying the figures from the IP, they’ll keep making them. Need a T-1000, Reese, Sarah, and John

They’re killing it with their figures these days. The Figuarts Vader from Kenobi comes out on Thursday. That might just redeem Figuarts to me. Looks amazing. Keep an eye out….

I’m skipping on the Figuarts Mandalorian releasing this week as the Mafex will be coming out soon and it’s almost guaranteed to be infinitely better
I was really looking forward to the release of this figure and found myself torn between the battle-damaged version and the this one with more accessories. After watching the video, I've settled on the first version. By the way, is it just me, or does the leather jacket appear wider in the battle-damaged one?
I think the jacket being wider is true to the film as Arnold had to conceal his arm for the battle damage. It’s that level of detail that makes Mafex so great.
Can u swap between battle damage and the regular one ? Is it fit ?

Another figure I need to get, some guns n roses. It would have been nice if you could put the shotgun on the package of roses though, but good amount of accessories.

Great question. Probably T1, T2 Battle Damaged, T2 Uncle Bob
My answer might be different tomorrow. Haha the two T2 figures are probably in my top 5 of 1/12 figures this year.

Well the figure isn’t any more expensive than a normal figure they’ve put out. Remember, the price of their products is what they cost in Japan, not what overseas retailers sell them for or the cost of shipping plus the figure. Figures normally cost about $60-70 here.

BBTS is a last resort. Always try to get your figures from a Japanese website. Much cheaper

I live in Tokyo. I get all Mafex the day they release here (if I want that particular figure). Usually have a review up within a few hours.

The Lack of movement and Missing Points of articulation in Arms and legs is totaly Trash. Im Just glad i payed ONLY 50 EUROS for or

What type of movement were you looking for by for?
I recall the scene where Arnold tuck n rolled off the 18 wheeler into the factory. So the t800 definitely can ab crunch a lot further than this Mafex figure can 😂. I don’t expect Mafex to give him that much range in movement but a better ab crunch and butterfly joints would have been nice.
