Hmm kinda what i expected based on the promo images. I'm still picking it up because i want a suited riddler. However I'm not a fan of the hush design. I prefer riddler with the whited eyes and thicker rounded domino mask. I suppose it does look close to it's comic look. The sinister faces fit riddler. Overall it does look rather plain, and the articulation is just what i expected. I wish they would have worked something different on the torso tho. The scarecrow I'm really excited for! While mafex has released some amazing figures in the past, the future doesn't seem so bright. Something tells me mafex won't be around much longer. The prices are increasing and the content is decreasing. I'm excited for the hush tim drake robin and batgirl. Hopefully they don't mess those up. I may quit mafex after that.

Anything over $50 for an ML Spidey is wack sauce. Especially with the lack of articulation at the waist. If $50 or less, I’m in. But regardless,I’m perfectly happy with my classic Mafex Spideys and the custom accessories that I’ve acquired for them.

Has hobby genki ever asked for an extra payment after a pre-ordered figure releases? On their site they say that they might ask for more money in case that the money that youve payed for a pre-order are not sufficient and cant cover the shipping costs. I was thinking of pre-ordering the tobey spiderman. Im from Europe and im also worried about the currency exchange from euro to yen and the possibility of the payment that ive made wont be sufficient because of the currency rates that change everyday and hobby genki asking for more money

I have the same feelings about this figure and scarecrow: excellent sculpture, probably the best comic version, but very expensive because the lack of accessories ( probably no need any more). I'm waiting for them !

These new companies are really putting out great work. The price is going to be interesting. Especially when you take a company like Bearpanda into consideration. They're putting out fully painted 1/12th figures with excellent sculpts, paints, and accessories for just $50. If Inart does something similar with their pricing, it's going to be really hard for companies to compete😅

Thanks for another enjoyable stream! Great job by Sneaky with Spidey figures overview. No interest in the new ML Spider-man. I'm quite happy with the Mafex 185. I have several custom head sculpts for it and I'm amazed how well the body works well with all of them.

Apologies but Detolf does not work, but we can investgate how to make it work for Detolf in the future, that is if Detolf is still selling since we heard Ikea has stopped that line. Basically, this was to mirror the NECA Sewer that folks were complaining about the price point, While making something for a popular mass market showcase is also a great angle to look at.

That loose arm sucks and is inexcusable, and the lack of attention on the accessories disappointing but the rest? It's the Riddler! He's not a goddamn ninja, he doesn't do acrobatics, he's not a contortionist, he's a brain in a suit so whining about how he's not as mega poseable as Spider-Man or whoever is just ridiculous to me. You might as well complain about why dogs don't meow, or that moonlight doesn't give you a tan.

I have MAFEX Rogue One, aaaand it was far the best in it's time.,... Now SHF. Uh. If I make proper cloth for MAFEX, I think it can be still be better. He has more of an elegant look, not so 'rugged' as this SHF. Or... should I just trade in and swap? I dunno.... Hard to tell.

this was the 1st figure in the hush line i looked at with disgust.... it's just nit worth the price, the entire thing looks so flat. a lot of batman villains im happy with the arkham versions from mcfarlane. (i did paint aoke of my figures such as all the question marks on the mcfarlane suit though )

I paid for mine today. Just have to wait for DHL to teleport it to me in a couple of days. Regarding the hands, I think the one with the curled pinky is for counting the money. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Honestly would have loved it if the jacket was open. Hat doesn't look like it sits well and the head sculpt isn't very good in my opinion...

Mafex occasionally doesn't list all the accessories with the solicitations, and I was for certain that was the way it was with Scarecrow. I was thinking some test tubes, maybe some fear gas bombs, and definitely a scythe. But maybe he doesn't handle a thing in Hush...but to only get three extra pairs of hands, and _none_ of them are gripping hands is *nuts!* *I still paid for my AmiAmi pre-order though. Ain't no way in hell would I be missin' out on this awesomely cool designed and overpriced Scarecrow!

Mafex.. supremely overrated plastic

Seam on the bag seems intentional. Sacks like that have a seam, it's essentially a pillowcase.

Gotta have some mid figures to go all out on the good ones, regardless I’ll still cop with Scarecrow to complete the collection

I have a Manipple head sculpt on the old one, so don't really feel the need for the new. looks great though. glad they revisited, so the people that missed out didn't have to pay aftermarket price for it.

I really hope they make a Arkham Asylum/Arkham City Batman, other characters from those games would be great too

Despite the issues, I'm still excited to add him to the Hush display. He does look a bit young and the articulation leaves something to be desired, but I was really surprised at that seam and the blank side of that stack of bills. Come on Mafex!

Is it me? When they bring eye masks down to the nostril it makes the nose look big and or removable like Groucho marks mask lol
