Norum left out of pure EGO...he said that he didn't like to do playback but really he always wanted to be the boss and the front man because he also sings and composes...but he realized that Joey had more charisma...and that It bothered him...Norum smiles little when he is with Joey despite being good friends...when he was alone with other singers but he owned his band...he looked happy...after the reunion in 2004... He had to lower his ego a little because he realized that to give everything for the guitar he can't be a frontman and walk around like crazy, showing off charisma like Joey does...you can tell he's quite superb...on the other hand Joey always talks about him with immense admiration for his skill as a guitarist!!
This is absolutely an amazing song and video that slipped under my radar back in the day. Glad I found it in 2023. Joey has some of the best vocals and John some amazing riffs. truly a lost gem. Totally kick ass.🎸
