I don't know you but bolt fam is bolt fam and I appreciate you saying r.i.p to Vincent Jackson I don't see many bolts that even know he's no longer with us .

I was at that chargers giants game when I was about 8 or 9. I remember when the chargers got the ball back I was so nervous my dad told me to calm down and have faith there’s still 2 minutes left. I don’t think I’ve screamed anymore than after Jackson caught that touchdown
The game against the Giants, I sprained my ankle jumping up off the couch when Jackson caught that TD. Good times when they were The San Diego Chargers
at 1:34 one of the things I miss the most about having the chargers here in san diego is hearing the games over the radio! that broadcaster had a hell of a talent
The most heart-breaking Rivers loss of all time was vs. the Packers in Week 2 of the 2015 season. Rivers threw for 503 yards, 2 TD's and no interceptions in the 27-20 loss. Absolutely devastating.
Here's a little stat that might give a little more power behind your new perception. Rivers has 14 comeback wins when being down by 14 or more points when going into the 4th Quarter, that is best in NFL history, no other QB even has 10 of those. In 2018 he got 2 of these in back to back weeks on the road in Pits/KC.
@@brendonkeen1974 Actually he doesn't have 2 more. He has 2 more comebacks of being down by 14+, but not 14+ when going into the 4th quarter. One of the comebacks this year was Bengals which he brought us back in it from 21-0 back to close before halftime, so doesn't count. Even though I'd love to add 2 more to his list though :)
As a colts fan, my top favorite 3 qbs are Philip rivers, Andrew luck, and Peyton manning. Philip rivers was mostly a chargers qb but I’m also a chargers fan. Since I was born in Indy, I’m crazy about the colts. Manning spent most of his career at Indy and the rest 4 years at Denver. He won a super bowl for Indianapolis and sent them to another super bowl which they lost to the saints and drew brees. Andrew luck sent the colts to wild card/divisional round almost every year. Philip rivers sent the colts to wild card in his only season but sadly lost. Although I’d understand, because the Bills are a tough opponent especially with Diggs, Allen, Davis etc etc
ALL those great throws by Rivers, ALL those great catches and great runs with LT. ALL those great memories were when they were THEE SAN DIEGO CHARGERS f--u Dean Spanos. Thank you BoltD619.
Seeing nate kaeding hit a walk off then get carried out the stadium makes me wanna sh00t myself. Idk how hes not infamously known as the guy who cost his team 3 playoff games- '04 vs jets '06 vs patriots '10 vs jets
Rivers was not clutch when it most mattered. In those Norv days Cincy was average, Oakland wasn't good, KC wasn't good, Titans were average, Minn was average. We always won our division because we were in a weak division and with enough other wins we get the post season but never got far. Clutch is a term that applies when it MOST matters to perform with great stakes on the line. Rivers does not deserve that term.

ONLY ONE SEASON with more than 9 wins without LT. He's a loser and makes losing plays. Only QB ive ever seen FUMBLE A SNAP ON A KNEEL DOWN to lose a game.
@@RCJH2022 Rivers has been called "Mr. December" multiple times throughout his career, because he's in the top 5 QBs in history for the best record during the month of December, the most important month of the regular season (this month usually determines whether or not your team makes the playoffs). Rivers is top 5-10 in just about every QB category that matters and he's done it without even 1 season with an average pass blocking O-Line, the best line he was behind was back in 09 and was ranked 22nd (well below average). Go ahead and please try and tell me how O-Line doesn't matter in QB play. Not sure how in-depth you want to go with this argument, but you lead the way and I'll prove you wrong the entire way through, it'll be fun. It was kind of like that 2pt conversion he threw to mike williams in 2018 to beat the chiefs
Both unbelievably amazing plays.

Yep. Funny with everything Eli said. The Chargers and SD took it all personally. Eli was 0-4 against the Chargers.
Loved River's!! Hall of fame bound!
Jackson was such a great clutch receiver!
Rivers always beat the manning’s
The Mannings were child's play during Phil's tenure.

who called him that ?
being clutch is not a finite nor tangible skill, stop trying to apply it to QBs in a playoff scenario because it makes zero sense
If you back and look at some of the dynasties in the NFL, you'll see that the division that they come from were weak.
