Jeremías Rosales Intellivision has announced a new exclusive EWJ game. docs.wixstatic.com/ugd/fb1de7_af823002d3f947a7b04d0e335e2da8c3.pdf Plus, TenNapel himself is creating a new comic via Indiegogo. www.indiegogo.com/projects/earthworm-jim-the-comic-book/x/886533#/
Earthworm Jim HD was definitely a game full of shady practice. The game was outsourced to a Korean studio. They were given a Genesis and CD copy of the game and were asked to take it apart and reverse engineer it so that it could work on the 360 and the PS3. Many of the frames of animation for the characters were outright cut out and were left looking like incredibly choppy stills, for example riding on the hamster looked really terrible. And not only did they steal a fanart of Jim's head for use in the game, they also used Bubbles the Fish from Finding Nemo as one of the fish swimming by in Down the Tubes. One of the fans online compared Jim's new sprites to the old ones, and most of it looked really terribly done, to which Tennapel chimed in and said if the original Shiny members worked on the HD version of Earthworm Jim, they would've used the original art from their animotion process to create new high quality sprites. This info was explained on Tennapel's forums on his own site, but all of it has since been closed off and deleted, and not even the Wayback Machine can pull up any info, so unfortunately I don't have much proof behind this info.
I wouldn't use the word shady, that implies there was malice involved. I think a better term with be messy. If you have so much outsourcing nobody really knows what is happening as a whole and corner cutting like stealing fan art can easily slip through.
I definitely noticed the worse animation and felt it was really odd how a 2010 game (or whenever it came out) could have worse animation than a Genesis game. I bought and downloaded EJ HD and after playing it I fired up my Wii and started up the original game and it’s like night and day. The Genesis version has beautiful fluid animation 100#.
I'm probably going to regret this, but, oh well. I personally believe Doug can believe what he wants. It is him and a few other's satire humour that actually went on to create the game. I don't believe constantly yelling at him is going to suddenly satisfy some need of his to give in and start praising the concept he spoke ill of for the rest of his days. It's nothing I can suddenly influence, so I'll remember the nice experiences I've had with this game instead. Also, I like the commentator for this video. His goofy way of speaking fits the franchise he's narrating for.
Jim is my most wanted guest character for Smash Bros. (well ok after Banjo). Would be cool to see some characters introduced that did not originate from a Japanese dev and his brand of humor could essentially make him the Deadpool of Smash.
With an episode of Earthworm Jim covered, how about one on Doug's second IP: The Neverhood? That also has a fair bit of background behind it's development.
Frankly, I don't want Tenaple anywhere NEAR Earthworm Jim ever again. The man is a complete and utter bag of human scum. If Ren and Stimpy can continue without John Kricfalusi, than EWJ will be fine without Doug Tenapel
Wow, now that's the kind of freedom every developer would love to have when making franchises, even under hardware and money limitations... ah, those were greater days. Hey, could you guys do a DYKG on Klonoa? It was mentioned after all!
I remember watching Earthworm Jim on channel 4 back in the 90s when I was a kid and enjoyed watching , I'm really happy that the series is on complete DVD and got it so I can enjoy watching the episodes since the series is no longer broadcast on TV anymore. I still wished more of my 90s cartoons there were broadcast on channel 4 are finally released onto complete DVD at last like Space Cats, Creepy Crawlers, Super Dave, Hammerman, and The Adventure of Hyperman.
I dont really get what no hopers means but theres a huge difference between sonic and jim. For one, sonic has a huge fan base still (even tho they are the most hated) but whatevs
You can still like they games, they are extremely well animated, it's just hard to divorce yourself from these things as you grow and the work stays dated. For example, I believe in some interview the creator admitted Professor Monkey-For-A-Head was based off a teacher he didn't like that taught evolution. It's just harder to ignore stuff like that is all but that doesn't invalidate your enjoyment. I'd love to follow more of the creators work because I loved EJ as a kid but Ratfist turned out to be a weird angry libertarian rant and Armikrog was a poorly made game. Mix that with a guy that goes out of his way to yell at groups he can't empathize with and I'm just dissapointed is all.
4:37 Speaking of stealing images without consent... I personally scanned, edited, and uploaded those images to my website with the disclaimer that if they are used in a presentation where the uploader benefits monetarily that a credit if given to both my website and I. I've counted 4 images in this video alone. See that "SpooNMan" watermark on the DKC2 box? That's an the old login name I used back in 1996 and would put on early scans. I don't mind if you use my images, but please credit my scans. I see my box scans on just about every DYKG and have tried countless times to get in contact with the people behind them, but they always go ignored. Thanks, Matt / VGO
Would love to see another Earthworm Jim game. Thought it was gone due to loss of interest or a product of its time. Glad to hear there may be hope for this franchise.
Fuck Japanese Games and Weaboos Come on man, don't put every single person on the same level as me. Not everyone likes schoolgirls getting raped by old men and making weird as fuck faces and noises while doing so.
Weaboo Destroyer Why would I make a favor to someone who is exposing my perverted personality of liking flat chested women being tied and sexually abused?
>Supports the nazis >Has a picture of the president of the U.S. country that was fully against the nazis. Yeah, right, sure man. Also, you surely know that I'm not japanese, since you're calling me a weaboo and a japanese can't be a weaboo, so you know the nazis wouldn't do anything to my people. Are you okay, dude?
Did you know the PAL mega cd special version of EarthWorm Jim plays 10% slower than the PAL cartridge version?.... why is this?... i have no idea, the cartridge version is perfectly fluent and fast and just...well, perfect... the mega cd version however... it is slightly off, jim moves slower, controls slower, the music sounds like it has been slowed down slightly... if the PAL cartridge flows so perfect why does the PAL cd version that is supposedly a superior special edition, play worse with everything slowed down? Baffling
well seeing how the US and JP versions are ntsc running at 60hz and pal at 50hz it obviously will run slower i think that the disc read speed with pal messed up their speed up of the cart because pal is slower so to get around it they sped up the game on carts.
Couldn't it just be that it runs on framerate and the Genesis has a 10% lower framerate across the board? Not a performance thing, just a console limitation.
That's not it at all. The Mega Drive (in US/Japan) runs at 60hz, and EWJ (original and Special) run at a proper 60FPS. It runs at 50hz in PAL regions. From what the OP said, I'm guessing the original cartridge game was optimized for 50hz players, while the Mega CD version wasn't.
Can somebody explain me what the hell are all these comments about a "creator" and "is his opinion" and "homosexual" stuff here? i don't get any of that
It was sadly a lot more than just that. Turns out the guy who created, drew, and voiced Jim has written for Breitbart for years about a lot of terrible things. And he's a troll through and through. Really hurts to find out about this actually... sigh. 😖
When I was a kid, I rented both games a bunch of times for the SNES. Then, many years later, I tried buying them both for the Wii's Virtual Console. As soon as I booted up the first one I was _literally_ like "WTF, why are the graphics and music so shitty?!" That was when I realized the Virtual Console port was of the Genesis version and not the SNES version I was so used to.
Ok, so Earthworm Jim was supposed to redeem himself for 3d with a Klona style ps2 platformer with Jim going on a boat ride through styx/hell... just kill me now.
Well done! I'm a huge Earthworm Jim fan and there were things you brought up I did not know such as Playmates actually going to Dave Perry in an effort to re-create the success of the TMNTs.
50% of the comments on this video is about the creator making a jab at a person about their gender... how does that have anything to do with the game, like fucking honestly!? thats like not letting your kid play with their friend because their friend's dad is an alcoholic
shupasopni If you didn't want anything to do with the guy, then why would you be here in the first place? Its like stalking a guy just to make sure he isn't bothering you, and pestering everyone around just to tell them how much you don't like him. In this case though, the guy doesn't even know you exist.
Funny characters, great idea, just brilliant. Leaving Jim standing made him do a load of daft movements (posing while his pants come down, tossing his gun and shooting himself in the face, using Jim as a skipping rope). I still remember the piano tune at 3:00. The cartoon was something else as well. 😊
I absolutely detest his social opinions, but he made some damned good memories for me via this and Project G.e.e.K.e.r. His faults aside, he has also kept his works pretty apolitical. Also worth noting that Jhonen Vasquez, who is pretty much as diametrically opposite to a Conservative Christian Fundamentalist as you can get, collaborated with him and they apparently had nothing but nice things to say about each other. I don't blame anyone who doesn't want to support his work and I certainly haven't given him my money since my teens, but he doesn't make it hard to separate the art from the artist.
KoreyCabra yeah. This was years and years ago on Twitter. I still recall what Tennapel said with regards to working with Vasquez: "I'm not in love with the mirror." Thought it was a neat sentiment.
Teenkitsune That was Tennapel. He also created the often-forgotten cartoon "Project: Geeker". He has a brilliantly creative - although sadly bigoted - mind.
Thank god I'm not the only one who thinks this game was actually one of the best N64 games. I only got this game as a kid cause I played Clayfighters once and enjoyed that game alot cause it had Earthworm Jim in it.
I thought it was unplayable because of the boss battles. How is it fucking fair that when the boss shoots at you, you take damage, but when you shoot them all it does to them is scatter a few measly marbles?
In regards to the comment section, the only thing silencing and berating people with different views does is break any Bridges toward an informed discussion. His opinions on homosexuality and transgendered individual has little bearing on the game they made, unless said game was made to be an attack on those groups, his beliefs are a moot point in the context of discussion of a game. You can still respect a person's work and not respect the person
As a bisexual, I still respect and love Doug TenNapel's work. [The Neverhood still being my favorite Adventure Game] Let him think what he want's, he's not harming anyone.
Another bi guy here, chiming in to say that while I find TenNapel's views appalling, they don't reflect Earthworm Jim or any of his other work at all. It is entirely possible to disapprove of the creator while enjoying what he's created.
+TheRealArcademon "Liberal". I don't think you know what that word means. To be "liberal" is basically a perfect synonym for being open-minded... And you're accusing them of being close-minded?
still to this day earthworm jim is one of my favourite characters... i never could understand why he suddenly disappeared... (actually there is an earthworm jim animated series, it has 2 seasons with 13 and 10 episodes... it sounded like u said neither the movie or the series was made...)
DYK gaming, I would suggest that you mute this comment section for everyone's own good. It's down the tubes, and I actually don't think it'll get better.
It will once all this "Identity Politics" shit blows over. America is kind of in its awkward teenage phase right now and still needs to mature as a country.
DevilGearHill apparently a lot of the original team is coming back together to make a new game exclusive for this upcoming console called the “Intellivision Amico” which is being lead by the game’s composer Tommy Tallarico.
@@borediideath6526 Oh maaan. I heard of that. Thought that was a joke or something. Like Suda51 keeps on joking with his Death Drive Mk 2 in all of his games these days. Strange fellas. They oughta just made a new game in the standard of Cuphead and made it multiplatform. That way Jim woulda had an ability to get into Smash, even. The guy is still beloved by many.
It was always a shame that every time TenNapel opened his mouth outside of his comics he turned out to be full of bile and cruelty. Doesn't deserve to call himself a Christian.
The only Earthworm Jim game I played was one that was on the N64, and was in a fully 3D setting. It's probably one of my most played N64 games, honestly, because it was a ton of fun and you usually didn't see a ton of that style of humor in games back then. If they released a new Earthworm Jim game in that style, I'd definitely pick it up.....
Did You Know? The comments on this video are worse than the Jake Paul community. On a serious note though to all the people in the comments section either shut the fuck up or be respectful I'm seeing a lot of people acting like 12 year olds and it's ridiculous and childish so just stop.
Fun extra fact: The person who created and sang the Earth Worm Jim theme song (William Kevin Anderson) also made the music for Biker Mice from Mars and also helped write some of Weird Al's polka songs.
Its time for a Jim comeback, something like Rayman Origins.
Jeremías Rosales Intellivision has announced a new exclusive EWJ game.

Maybe smash bros. Will help
coming next year, Intellivision Amico!
Yes, I still play rayman and Jim
Guess what...
I think Earthworm Jim could definitely join the Metroidvania genre without anyone complaining
I'm just imagining being that DeviantArtist and seeing a favourite game ripping off my own artwork. What a combination of honor and heartbreak...
@Layne Krusz Don't jinx it don't jinx it
Did that artist ever get anything from it or at least an apology?
Layne Krusz oh man that’s awful 😢
@Layne Krusz are you sure about that?
I asked im about that, he was annoyed by it at first but has since moved past it and is now more on the side of honored
They bought Bubsy back for some ungodly reason, so we can hope for Jim to return someday.
Anything's possible!
TBH, it doesn't look bad. If anything, it's being taken care of by the devs of The great Giana sisters. No more ungodly speeds, either.
As a matter of fact, I do. It's not the worst game on the market, that goes to Action 52.
So long as it's not Bubsy 3d, anyway.
tbh they are gross
Exactly. Furries are very abominable creatures. Dressing up as animals and masturbating to them too.

Yeah, you're right. Messy is a better way to describe the whole process. I really wish that wasn't the case.
That remake was shit, I don't know how the people loved it
I definitely noticed the worse animation and felt it was really odd how a 2010 game (or whenever it came out) could have worse animation than a Genesis game. I bought and downloaded EJ HD and after playing it I fired up my Wii and started up the original game and it’s like night and day. The Genesis version has beautiful fluid animation 100#.
Why dont they patch it and just add the dumb kids name to the credits?
I miss Earthworm Jim, he was a groovy guy
We need a new earthworm Jim game.
could use kickstarter for it
Sonicfalcon16 I'll be a backer
And Earthworm Jim needs to be voiced by Homer Simpson.
With so many reboots happening in recent years, hopefully Earthworm Jim gets on that bandwagon.
Dracomut he will be another crash bandicoot
I'm probably going to regret this, but, oh well.
I personally believe Doug can believe what he wants. It is him and a few other's satire humour that actually went on to create the game. I don't believe constantly yelling at him is going to suddenly satisfy some need of his to give in and start praising the concept he spoke ill of for the rest of his days. Also, I like the commentator for this video. His goofy way of speaking fits the franchise he's narrating for.
He has the right to believe whatever he wants, but not the right to believe it without being called a dickhead.
The animated show is so underrated.
one of my favorite things about jim was the badass painted promotional art of him, he looked so badass
Jim is my most wanted guest character for Smash Bros. (well ok after Banjo). Would be cool to see some characters introduced that did not originate from a Japanese dev and his brand of humor could essentially make him the Deadpool of Smash.
God same
We got Banjo Lets just hope Jims a possibility
We need more fire emblem characters before even thinking about Jim

I miss you, Earthworm Jim. One of the best heroes ever.
Earthworm Jim 1 and 2 for SNES are my childhood games
Earthworm Jim for super smash bros, I really wish it
FUCK. YES.
hes in
Wow, now that's the kind of freedom every developer would love to have when making franchises, even under hardware and money limitations... ah, those were greater days.
Hey, could you guys do a DYKG on Klonoa? It was mentioned after all!
You forgot to mention the "instant action" controls concept which Earthworm Jim created and was the first to employ.
There are heated arguments about politics and gender in the comment section of an Earthworm Jim video, jesus christ
Blame Doug Tennaple.
*TenNapel
I'll blame the people commenting about it thank you very much.
If the dude didn't shove his opinion down people's throats it wouldn't be mentioned here.
In the end of the day they are all wasting their time.
I love Doug and his work.
People sure are mad, whilst I'm here by all *GROOVY*
I remember watching Earthworm Jim on channel 4 back in the 90s when I was a kid and enjoyed watching , I'm really happy that the series is on complete DVD and got it so I can enjoy watching the episodes since the series is no longer broadcast on TV anymore. I still wished more of my 90s cartoons there were broadcast on channel 4 are finally released onto complete DVD at last like Space Cats, Creepy Crawlers, Super Dave, Hammerman, and The Adventure of Hyperman.
Groovy!
Woah Nellie!
TheCartoonGamer8000 w o a h your not dead?
TheCartoonGamer8000 YOU LIVE!!!!!
Yeah. Jim is so groovy.
Far Out!
Man, The Earthworm Jim cartoon was awesome when I was a kid. Was so sad I could not find it on T.V. anymore.
The irony of that little Easter Egg is that the whole "no-hopers" bit actually has mostly been true....
I dont really get what no hopers means but theres a huge difference between sonic and jim. For one, sonic has a huge fan base still (even tho they are the most hated) but whatevs
Earthworm Jim 2 was my personal favorite. It was so much fun to play and was unlike anything I had ever played before up to that point.
The Earthworm Jim cartoon series was one of my favorite shows of the 90s!
Instead talking about the game, people in the comments rather bring up the creator and his views
What a time to be alive
yeah, we gotta find SOMETHING to be mad or outraged about.
Yep, instead of being happy to have a home, food on a plate, and simply being alive, we want a war, supposedly.
Weaboos like you are a joke.
A time when bigots are called out? Yeah, it's pretty nice :)
A klonoa style game with 2d sprites on shifting 3d backgrounds would be perfect for Earthworm Jim
This game was a very small part of my childhood and I loved it!
Remember the time when we were just talking about the game... I miss those times. :(
I was playing this last week after feeling the need to relive my childhood via my mega drive
Thanks,
Matt / VGO
5:08... "Jim boat-riding through heck"?
Who wrote this gods-awful script?
Jim for Smash!
I really hope we get a new Earthworm Jim game soon. That would be GROOVY!
WAIT WAIT WAIT..... *he was ask to draw an ALIEN.... drew an EARTH.... WORM.... and got the job?*
SCREW LOGIC!!!
"Screw logic" is where EWJ actually starts, so thats ok^^
Would love to see another Earthworm Jim game. Thought it was gone due to loss of interest or a product of its time. Glad to hear there may be hope for this franchise.
this comment section:
70%: OMG DOUG TENNAPEL IS A BIGOT AHHHHHHHH
20%: GROOVY
10%: this is a good/bad video
All I can think of is Sonic for Hire whenever I hear Earthworm Jim
Nobody belongs anywhere. Nobody exists on purpose. Everybody's gonna die. Play earthworm Jim regardless of the creators opinion.
Weaboo Destroyer Wow, you really are desperated for attention. I feel sorry for you, man.
Yeah, only proof of how sick and disgusting you and the rest of your weaboo fandom is.

Yeah, right, sure man.
Also, you surely know that I'm not japanese, since you're calling me a weaboo and a japanese can't be a weaboo, so you know the nazis wouldn't do anything to my people. Are you okay, dude?
One of my favorite games. Loved the soundtrack, too.
What is going ON with the politics down there? It's EARTHWORM JIM JESUS CHRIST
I still love this game. I am playing it right now.
can we please have a Did you Know on Klonoa, Kights and another Kirby please?
"Boat riding through heck in a musical sequence"
not only did you not get jontron, but you got thecartoongamer
I love the HD remake, but that shady art theifery was inexcusable.
This isn't a comment about Tennapel's views! Get out of here, we shouldn't be talking about the game!
I'm gonna guess they forgot to optimize the Mega CD version.
Couldn't it just be that it runs on framerate and the Genesis has a 10% lower framerate across the board? Not a performance thing, just a console limitation.

Why do I feel like there are more consistent releases from this channel? I'm loving it. Second channel is going great too guys! Keep it up :D
Can somebody explain me what the hell are all these comments about a "creator" and "is his opinion" and "homosexual" stuff here?
i don't get any of that
wait... who replied, the Earthworm jim's creator or the original commenter?
Glad Tyler is nowhere near here accidentally involved tho
Really don't want to see how that would end
wow.... can we just leave this to the press?, i would really love to talk about earthworm jim instead
It was sadly a lot more than just that. Turns out the guy who created, drew, and voiced Jim has written for Breitbart for years about a lot of terrible things. And he's a troll through and through. Really hurts to find out about this actually... sigh. 😖
Hmmm... A guy who made a crude cartoon video game says crude things. I'm not surprised, but still disappointed.
When I was a kid, I rented both games a bunch of times for the SNES. Then, many years later, I tried buying them both for the Wii's Virtual Console. Damn this game, the memories
I didn't know squat about Earthworm Jim, this was some good stuff! :D
I freaking love this game I own a physical cart that's worth over $90!
What makes your cart worth over $90? Is it sealed?
Has to be. Mine's Sealed, and I got it for about 100.
Well done! I'm a huge Earthworm Jim fan and there were things you brought up I did not know such as Playmates actually going to Dave Perry in an effort to re-create the success of the TMNTs.
"I would've like this game if the creator wasn't involved in the game" - said no one with good taste in games.
You didn't even mentionned Earthworm Jim 64 ? I'm surprised, I pretty liked that game
@Layne Krusz Yes I know
Did you know?
Sega version was best.
The cartoon was great.
Jim should be kept in 2D.
Nah PC version is the best :)
Analysts amazing and cramped all that work in the little room fun function a Two bedroom or more and I’m happy
I thought earthworm Jim would just wanna go get wasted and fuck shit up with Sonic Tails and Eggman. :)
Nice reference
This 94 animation is top notch even by modern standards and hardware!
What's with all the political comments? That's not groovy
Eric Lecarde doug tenNapel hate gay people
Earthworm jim hes such a groovy guy! Loved the games and the show especially the intro ha

I have the earthworm Jim cartoons on DVD haha my kids watch every now and then makes me proud! Can't wait to get em to my old earthworm Jim games
Is It me, or did the DYKGaming staff and/or Malik forgot about Earthworm Jim 3D for N64?
We don't talk about Earthworm Jim 3D in these here parts...
I never heard of Jim 3D...what was it?...
Hell yeah They Might Be Giants helped inspire Earthworm Jim! That's awesome!
50% of the comments on this video is about the creator making a jab at a person about their gender... how does that have anything to do with the game, like fucking honestly!?
thats like not letting your kid play with their friend because their friend's dad is an alcoholic
Yeah, playing a game made by someone who said something you disagree with has a real bearing on your safety and well-being. Because reasons.
Never said anything about safety. More like you just dont want to have anything to do with that person cause he hates you and what you are.
Which he doesn't. Next!
He does though.
shupasopni
If you didn't want anything to do with the guy, then why would you be here in the first place?
Its like stalking a guy just to make sure he isn't bothering you, and pestering everyone around just to tell them how much you don't like him.
In this case though, the guy doesn't even know you exist.
Funny characters, great idea, just brilliant. Leaving Jim standing made him do a load of daft movements (posing while his pants come down, tossing his gun and shooting himself in the face, using Jim as a skipping rope). I still remember the piano tune at 3:00. The cartoon was something else as well. 😊
Kinda like how sonic would look at his watch?
Kinda, @@maddogkilla1, yeah. Little animations when they stand still.
This game was so hard for me back in the day
It's the underwater run that frustrated me until my Uncle taught me just to run through it as fast as you can and try not to hit anything
Yet another, "I swear you guys already covered this one". But new ones are always appreciated.
He isn't a Trump supporter. He once referred to Trump as a clown but he thought Hilary Clinton would have been worse for the country.
KoreyCabra yeah. This was years and years ago on Twitter. I still recall what Tennapel said with regards to working with Vasquez: "I'm not in love with the mirror." Thought it was a neat sentiment.
Ricardo Cantoral Okay, I
guess I jumped the gun with that description and have corrected it.
Idk if this was just me but i remember this being hard as fuck never beat it as a kid.
I believe one of the team members went on to create the short lived Nickelodeon cartoon Cat Scratch to.
Teenkitsune That was Tennapel. He also created the often-forgotten cartoon "Project: Geeker". He has a brilliantly creative - although sadly bigoted - mind.
Bigoted?
He called someone their correct gender
He said a mean thing. People got mad. journalists dis-approved of how he was mean and branded him an 'evil bigot.'
I member that show...a good show in my opinion...but whatever...
Loved this when I was little, although it was mostly my older siblings playing it in front of me. I was too dumb to comprehend how to play.
I know it's hated, but i loved Earthworm Jim 3D for the N64 as a kid.
Haha me too! I was disappointed but I got into it and it has a charm to it and some dark humor
That games not terrible. It's boss fights though make you wanna ripe your hair out!
Thank god I'm not the only one who thinks this game was actually one of the best N64 games. I only got this game as a kid cause I played Clayfighters once and enjoyed that game alot cause it had Earthworm Jim in it.
It was great
I thought it was unplayable because of the boss battles. How is it fucking fair that when the boss shoots at you, you take damage, but when you shoot them all it does to them is scatter a few measly marbles?
1:31 I didn't even know that Jim's animations were based on Bugs or Daffy Duck!! That's something interesting to know!
Ow how I love this series
As a bisexual, I still respect and love Doug TenNapel's work. [The Neverhood still being my favorite Adventure Game] Let him think what he want's, he's not harming anyone.
As a trans person, I agree. People are allowed to say mean things if they want to. Words are not assault.
That's objectively untrue, but sure, go ahead, be a shitty person
Ogamis I wouldn't say "shitty" I would say "alternative" perspective is just at hand (or whatever)
Groovy, this series' first game used a practice I used rarely: draw the sprites on paper first, then color later.
The creator of this series is my hero.
still to this day earthworm jim is one of my favourite characters... i never could understand why he suddenly disappeared...
(actually there is an earthworm jim animated series, it has 2 seasons with 13 and 10 episodes... it sounded like u said neither the movie or the series was made...)
Cover Sonic Unleashed
Nah, if anything they should cover Boogerman, or Clayfighter. That has some neat history.
The world deserves a new Earthworm Jim game.
If Bubsy can get a new game, so can Jim.
Please don't have this guy do anymore narrations, he's very grating.
I still have this on GBA. Pretty great game.
i got really excited because its earthworm jim
i almost forgot that thecartoongamer has the worst inflection ever
epic. also dont get this guy again.
There is nothing bad about his inflection.
epic.
epic?
epic.
Epic
Once is saw this freaking worm on the thumbnail all the memories came coming back to me
DYK gaming, I would suggest that you mute this comment section for everyone's own good. It's down the tubes, and I actually don't think it'll get better.
It will once all this "Identity Politics" shit blows over.
America is kind of in its awkward teenage phase right now and still needs to mature as a country.
No, it's not. It's in its Midlife crisis. We should have been past shit like this, but now it's back again.
It doesn't seem that bad to me honestly.
@Layne Krusz THANK YOU! Specifically level 5.
Can’t wait to see how the upcoming Earthworm Jim game will play out.
Wow. Didn't hear that. Who's even doing it, though ? Interplay is dead OoO
I find that type of humour to be annoying honestly
Reboot Earthworm Jim
*NOW*
Remember when these uploaded on Saturdays? I do.
Did You Know? The comments on this video are worse than the Jake Paul community.
On a serious note though to all the people in the comments section either shut the fuck up or be respectful I'm seeing a lot of people acting like 12 year olds and it's ridiculous and childish so just stop.
Yeah, was really looking forward to talking about earth worm Jim, and instead we get this shit. Uff.
This isn't groovy at all
Not in the slightest.
A fitting comment from someone with a Rika picture.
You've played Phantasy Star 4?
I've played it? I love that game! Easily the best of the Genesis Phantasy Star games.
Fun extra fact:
The person who created and sang the Earth Worm Jim theme song (William Kevin Anderson) also made the music for Biker Mice from Mars and also helped write some of Weird Al's polka songs.
