Man I wish we still had Ryan helping us..and we do and will always have what he left behind..but it was so heartbreaking when I found out he passed about a week after discovering this channel recently, I noticed the videos were years old..and thought.. oh well he moved on, I guess. But I've gotten SOOOOO much out of what remains over the last few weeks. I just want to listen to him all day. Because I identify with him and know he knows me and my issues better than anyone else could. Thank you for the time you gave us Ryan. REAL LIFE SUPER HERO ❤

You explained this so well. I was hoping after six months that awful driving voice in my head that says I can't deal with these awful thoughts of past loses would not drive me to look for something to numb myself. Its taken a long time to get where I am and I'm closer than I have ever been to complete sobriety.. I don't want you to relapse I want you to be well. so please don't think that about me. I know what its like to be sick for awhile and prolonged illness will make you look different. No worries Ryan

what u said really hit home with me everytime I relapse even after its been long enough to not have to physically withdraw I will still fell aggravated and furious for at least a week after everytime I relapse. and your right it seems like as soon ad u get that drug all your problems are over wen all your doing is creating more

I'm currently depending on them and need to man up and get this back surgery to have less pain in my life to have something to help me reason with myself to quit. I'm surrounded by this drug work home everywhere. I have a plan I pray it works. I'm exhausted with the ordeal. Just hope it works .

I caught the stomach bug then the flue and i believe a cold I went from 289 to 247 in about a week and a half so I know where your comming from, me the way I see it, your Never Going Down Ryan you have already one

Ryan truer words have never been spoken!! It's the LIE..I have been clean for almost 3 months cold turkey off H and so many times I have thought about that instant when I would sniff my first line of the day and how good it felt. But it's a lie. It's not real. In 6 hours I was only going to feel like shit again. And then the rituals would have to start all over by any means necessary. I love what your teaching us here.
