      I hope both of you are doing well. I revisit these videos from time to time; especially around the time Ryan passed away. It was 3 years yesterday. It’s easy to pretend that he’s still alive somewhere thriving and super happy being a dad and a husband.

    Ryan I 100% agree with you about changing the things you do , breaking away from rituals and other habits you have developed during active addiction. Some of these habits can be as hard to break as the pain killers specially when you don't even realize you have developed them. I am a working progress , I have yet to completely kick my habit but I don't give up and I have made huge strides I don't go thru withdrawls anymore because I have little relapses in between weeks of clean time I'm in no way saying I'm doing a great job but I'm still working, I'm now making an effort to change my world people,places and things because we are a product of our environment.

    You are so right....I have been watching your videos for like 2 months and even though it's been a little over a year since I stopped messing with the actual opiate pain pills percocets in general but at the same time I was on a maintenance program which was Suboxone so watching your videos you gave me the Hope just to get off of it so my body can be fully clean and sober I'm proud to say that today is my first day was snow Suboxone and even though these five days have been hell through watching your videos you taught me just keep pushing myself and I really don't think I could have done it what about watching your videos so I really want to thank you you will have been such a big help you don't even know how much of a big help you have been even though it's only been 5 days I can see where the fog is starting to be lifted I'm starting to see things completely different than what I did 5 days ago so I just want to thank you

    Hi Ryan thanks for another great informative video. In the last 35hrs my neighbors have targeted my premises to try and obtain my pain medication. It started with them over hearing my discussions with friends regarding my monthly meds dosages,as I live in a unit the 2 units are merely separated by a brick wall. They're meth addicts you can fill in the blanks in what behaviour they are involved in..
    This is now a police matter so I've been busy with the associated paper work. I'm leaving to stay with relatives for a week and will email you shortly. Once again i sincerely thank you for your unwavering support for all of us battling through this process of pain medication side effects etc. Kindest regards Matt

  • @Rezparviz
    @Rezparviz 6 років тому +1

    Ryan .. I hope you can answer this . I have major ptsd . Cancer survivor and other much worse things I can’t get into. I know this sounds like a cop out , but sometimes I get psychotic because of my flashbacks. Sometimes the only thing that pulls me back into reality is opiates . I have gone without and I am a mess .. Have you heard about the ptsd and opiate relief that they can have . Believe me , I have used pot , sedatives and even antidepressants at times and nothing seems to touch the ptsd like a couple norocs . What am I too do ?
