Yep. And now several guards have admitted thru affidavits to the court that they were wearing those patches (although they claim to be some other type of Norse pagan hedonists, and not odinists), and that the prison made them remove them at the end of September 2023.
This is (quite possibly) corruption like I’ve never seen. We want the right person(s) responsible held accountable. Let’s not be too quick to convict. I’d like to see the court proceedings play out before I go throwing stones.

I can explain away most true crime conspiracy theories even when I actually believe most of them... This one, however, I can't explain away. There are too many coincidences for there to not be SERIOUS corruption happening here. On the hand, nothing suggests Richard Allen is guilty, especially going for a hike!

Nope, all phone calls from jail are recorded. There is no privacy when you are in custody. Especially because of these type of reasons. Criminals lie and change their stories and personnel have to protect themselves,

The problem with all this is - half of the origional investigators pursued (at least 3 detectives we know of) the O ritualistic angle themselves. Those investigators STILL beleive they are correct too. Therefore, the defense attorney couldn't have just pulled this out of thin air. The details their filing gripes about are those originated by multiple members of the origional prosecuting team. So you can't call the defense a "conspiracy." @@MrMurder0321 the public hasn’t been made aware of any results of voice analysis. They may or may not have it. That’s one of the things that will come out at trial. I think he did it and the Odin theory won’t fly but the fact that there’s actually men in that area that believe that and post pictures of themselves in a circle with sticks and stuff along with other weird symbols may be enough to convince at least one juror that it’s possible that RA didn’t do it. All it takes is one of them to say they were not convinced 100% and he walks. It sounds absurd to most people because most of us have never heard of anything like that but there is definitely a group of them there. You can find their facebooks. Most of the posts have been removed but people got pictures of the posts before they were taken down.

They didn’t say Allen was claiming “the guards are telling me that my wife and family will be killed unless I call my wife and tell her that I killed those girls” they simply said he couldn’t have said anything like this because the guards were watching. The writer was quite the wordsmith.

I think it is very possible. There was very little blood where the bodies were found. Maybe they had been murder somewhere else and than staged at this place at night.

Allegedly law enforcement told him if he didn’t confess they would murder his wife and daughters. 2 officers actually had Odinists’ patches on their uniforms at the time. I certainly have doubt now. And Richard Allen told law enforcement immediately that he was there that day. He only lives 5 minutes from the bridge.

Some where Army, some flew planes, some were Marines/Navy Seals, others drove trucks and Indian motorcycles just to deliver mail or meds as directed. Um, the only patches jail and prison guards are supposed to be wearing are the official ones of the state that belong on the uniforms. At least in Washington State! You cannot put any other type of patches on your official uniform. These Odin patches would not be regulation and you would be asked to remove them or be fired. I know, I worked in a prison. Not as an inmate, either.

Why would the correctional officers who are allegedly odinists themselves, make Richard Allen's stay in prision miserable? If it wasnt him that killed Abby & Libby & it was this group of Odinists that were mentioned in the Franks document, you would think that these Odinist prision guards would be making his stay in prision easy, because technically Richard Allen would be taking the fall for these so called Odinists. That witness has stated she never mentioned blood and described the man wearing a beige jacket.

Statements from the jurors themselves contradict your take on the Casey Anthony trial. Most of them took the abuse story with a grain of salt. What DID influence their decision was the prosecutor not being able to establish cause of death or time of death. Had the damned fool addressed these issues straight on and told the jury that such is often the case with a badly decomposed body, he'd probably prevailed. Instead, he arrogantly behaved as though it didn't matter to him or his team, so it shouldn't matter to the jury. The jury wasn't "stupid, as so many have claimed, Casey wasn't that "charming," as others believe, and Jose Baez didn't win that case. The prosecutor LOST it.

How do you know they were actually killed during the day? They were not found until the next day. So a ritual could of happened during the night. I also find it hard to believe any killer would have left a phone behind, unless they were setting somebody up..

Nothing shocks me anymore, why would these two attorneys put their reputation on the line and it's crazy the judge wants them off the case and they offer to do it Pro Bono and she still says no and picks him two new attorneys that she picked , that's not right and I hope she doesn't get away with it , and I hope those 2 attorneys are watching their backs , this world is crazy and I hope for justice for the girls but for the right person to be the one to pay for this and I'm not sure if they have the right person because some stuff just don't make sense.

I have always wondered why the girls would know to film the man on the trail. The father of one of the girls ex boyfriend is an Odinite so it would make sense that she would know to start filming the father of her ex.
There is no way that the officers would get away with wearing that patch in their uniforms. There are regulations down to how you can have your facial hair as an officer in prisons, any patches on the uniforms come state from department on the uniform and the only ones on them are the department patch and usually a state or county seal patch depending on if it’s a county jail or state prison.
Well there is Odin related material are all over the guards from that prison FB pages, so looks like there is some truth to it.

It was white racist gangs in prisons that demanded prisons accommodate their faith like it does for Christians, Jews and Muslims.
These white supremacists have hijacked the Norse belief system to spin it to justify their racism they like it because Odin is seen as a "white god" for Europeans, they are all over the prison system and are well known in rural areas like Delphi, they are very violent and dangerous but must not to mistaken with traditional Odinists who are not racist.
If these racists are working and running these institutions like we know they are, then it's very likely they are turning a blind eye to these racists wearing patches etc they would claim it's their religious rights..
It's not that hard to see it being overlooked.. there should be cameras that will help identify these patches unless they have been since been deleted still at least the FB posts exist, if that part is true then it's likely they were wearing patches and they have tattoos too.

There's a code on the primer of the bullet casing that tells what batch it's from. If suspect had a box of bullets or bullets in magazine with the same code on it, he's their guy. Plus, there may be a finger print on bullet casing too.
