Spray a little cooking spray in your measuring cup before you put honey, peanut butter, etc in there and itll slide right out. No scraping the bottom :)

You can measure your oil first, using the same measuring utensil, and then when you add your honey, it will slide out so much easier.

    • It’s 2:45 am

This is exactly what I need to see is someone getting stuff done! It’s inspiring as I’m kicking myself that I got no meal prep done this week, and I’ll have ate out for lunch 3 times, but the bright side is I chipped away at getting prep work done for dishes to pass at the family potluck on the 4th of July.

Helpful hint, if you crack and egg and there is some shell in the mix, use a piece of the other part of the shell to scoop it out. The shell actually will "cling" to the shell it came from. That was a life saver for me!

Spray the measuring cup before you put honey in it.
For the eggshell hiccup, to get shells out dip your finger in water and then attempt to fish out the shell. And as for the eggs being hard to crack, crack them on a flat surface, this evens the pressure and it will also reduce the possibility of getting eggshells in whatever you are making!!

Awesome. Excellent work momma! Could you show a pic sometime of the yogurt bark finished? I never thought of this! Great idea.
While I watched, I prepped cut carrots and peppers for dipping, diced veg for salad toppings, marinated three types of meat and deboned some chicken for hubby to grill for the week, and made our fave breakfast drink of carrot juice.

One of my favourite recipes to do in bulk are burnt potatoes (actually just well cooked but that's what we call them), .....oil a tray, cut potatoes in half and put them on the tray, spray potatoes with oil (helps herbs stick) and then season as you wish and cook until well done. Sometimes we go through 2 trays in one meal as a family of 5 we love them so much.

Just a tip for the eggs, try cracking them on the counter instead of the side of the bowl and you'll get less shells in the egg. But if you do get a shell, wet your finger with water and it's so much easier to get out of the bowl. Love your videos!! ❤

If you make muffins often, I would grab yourself a nice silicone spatula and a metal cookie scoop. No metal on metal action that we all hate and less mess when scooping into the pan. Quick tip! To remove the broken little pieces of eggshells scoop them out with an eggshell & it comes right out!

Pregnant me needs these different muffins throughout my day. I have been trying to load up on fruits and vegetables but this is a good way to get things in your diet.

It ALL looks so good! I’m not sure which one I should attempt first! I also love your storage containers. I’m looking to switch to glass for my storage containers. They look like just the right size.

I’m, too, good at getting tiny egg shells in whatever I’m cooking 😂 pro tip is to use a larger shard of your egg shell to scoop out the piece that got in your mixture! The eggs shell will stick to itself 😊

When you're making those first horizontal cuts on the onion, be sure to place your palm flat on top instead of gripping with your fingertips facing down. Much less likely to accidentally cut yourself that way. But great job! It's definitely the best way to dice an onion.

Hahahahaha! My brother and I have that same “teeth hurting” reaction to the sound of styrofoam sliding out of a box.
We literally HIT our teeth and cringe when we hear that! 🤣😂
