Watching you cut up the onion and garlic reminded me to mention that I use the blue disposable gloves from Dollar Tree to cut "smelly" veggies and when I handle meat. They sure make it so much easier to not have stinky and/or germy hands. Just a thought ❤💚💜💙💛 p.s. Have you ever thought of getting an air fryer for your veggies instead of roasting them? I've been looking for one bc I've seen other UA-camrs use them and they love it bc it's fast and tasty...

Haley Hamilton macros are the grams of protein, carbs, and fat in a food item, and there’s a few different apps that can be used to input your meals and they will calculate macros for you 😊 I personally like “My Fitness Pal “ because it’s free and it asks you to input your height/age/current weight and your goal weight, then asks how active you are and how much weight you want to lose per week; it will calculate s daily calorie count and daily macros for you.

I tried the fajita soup that you prepped and just love it!!! 2 thumbs up! the only thing that I did differently is, that I didn't add so much chicken broth because my family is not a fan of soup! so cut that down to just a cup I added 1/2 and 1/2 instead of the heavy cream, and I added a tsp or so of chicken base. and we put it in taco bowls and added cheese! loved them! definitely a keeper! love your channel girl!!

Compost those veggie and fruit scrapes. Add dried leaves and lawn clippings that have no pesticides on them and you have the best of the best compost for your garden. Worm poop is the bomb for your garden. Where those worms come from?? I have a tumbling composter and they find their way in. With your cream cheese soften in the microwave and it will mix quicker into your soup.
Going to add some of these to our next weeks menu. I also love to use up any produce before it goes bad. Just made a egg bake the other day for breakfast and it was so good!

So many girls out there think they need to starve themselves to be skinny! Girls, that is not good, being skinny does not always mean you're healthy! My cousin starves herself, and she denies it! She only eats a couple granola bars and peanut butter on ONE bread with almond milk a day! NOT good!

I love using my mixer to shred chicken from the crock pot. It literally takes seconds!
do you use the liners in the crock pot or without? I hesitate to use the mixer because of the liner!
