I made this! It came out messy but soooo soft and yummy! I used almond and vanilla extract and set the milk, yeast and sugar aside for a while as I mixed the filling and dough. I added almonds that have been soaking in vodka 7 months. Thanks so much!

Delicious! I baked mine in a 9x6in ceramic pan, it did take closer to 50min to cook, although it might just be my old oven. I also added 1/2 tsp of almond extract in the cream, but next time I might do 1tsp of almond extract with 1/2 tsp of vanilla.

It doesn't look as pretty as Savor's but it smells delicious. Just a heads up. The almond butter? It makes more than what you'll need. I think I'll be able to get 2 more loaves filled with what I have left and I put quite a bit in my freshly baked loaf. Cutting the recipe for it will be easy so just keep that above info in mind. If this taste as good as it smells my next nut to use will be Pistachio!! Omgee, I can already taste it, lol. Good luck. Happy baking... 😋
