How to Finger Drum for complete beginners! This was a lot of fun to make, I hope it helps out some of you - if you'd like to follow along and get your hands (and fingers [haha get it?]) on the controller used in this video, you can check it out here: bit.ly/hercules-p32-dj-controller. I give it two thumbs up! [hahaha get it?]
It would be nice if beginners had a starter package with samples that also has lessons tied to that, with so many youtube tutorials on finger drumming, it would be cool if there was a Playlist of videos dedicated to those kind of samples. Great tips tho, but i feel like if someone is willing to spend more on DAW ie, Abelton or FL studio, then by all means go for it, i say for those that are on a tight budget, drum apps on ur phone is a good way to start out, u won't have the samples but I feel like u get an idea of what its like to play drums, aside from samples
I'm so lost with Ableton.. I have the Novation Launchad X and I just want to use 4x4 pads for 1 instrument with different notes in the grid and I want to make 3 other instruments with the same kind of a grid. I cannot find any instructions on how to do this :(
Can u please, show us the cheapest MIDI Controller On the web? please.cause my phone dropped on water,i download a drum app in my phone but now i can't.Nice video btw.
Great, but this wasn't precisely what I was looking for, even though I do own a midi-controller with pads. I was actually looking for something about how to drum on a physical surfaces...like my desk...like I'm using a conga, but also using my fingers to add secondary, tertiary, et cetera beats. Does anyone feel me on this? Can I get an AMEN?
This is an ad, much like the DJ video, not actually a real guide. No disclaimer about being sponsored content and comes off really shady. I mean how can I trust you when I don't know if you bought an item and actually use it, or are getting paid to lie and never use that item ever again? This has become a real cancer on YT IMO, with affiliate links especially(Visit A.Huangs channel for a good example: Nail-polish, Curtains, magnets,19 cameras he "uses" and 276 other shit items unrelated to anything he does). Younger generation gets easily influenced by their favorite YT'er and taken advantage off for a few bucks per $100 they spend and it sickens me how it's become a trend. Not saying all this applies here, but it does actually -it's Schrodinger cat.

Hi!
Really love your videos
I have a question: Where can i get some good free sample packs for ableton?
@@Marius077 He puts 4 website names in the video... and "good" comes down to your own judgement.
Also just curious, are you sponsored?
Bruh lol

You're probably the only that actually teaches things we need to learn...
Thank you so much!
Can we please get one on sampling? Love you!
Not a bad idea, I'll look into it in the near future 😌
I'm waiting for it too :)
Please keep on educating. You're one of the only QUALITY music educators and you're simply adored for it. Keep on keepin' on!
When your too poor to afford one but still watch tutorials :
Controllers are cheap. If you can use a keyboard and type without looking you can learn finger drumming. Same skill set!
