I visited Martinique many years ago and loved it one of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean great food amazing and fascinating history and culture and the women are drop dead gorgeous!!
Great video - I now need to find a way to Martinique:). Oh, and your sweet personality really comes across. Can't wait to see your other videos. Kudos!
Thank u for this comment: no martinique is not just sandy beaches and sun, it is a wonderful island for food lovers/ for fruit lovers/ for sport lovers and for our culture
Very good video. It's good to see that visitors from Britain come here in MQ and learn to appreciate local food. 👍👍 If I may, you made a mistake in your video : this coconut based dessert is called blanc manjé coco, not blanc manjé DE coco. Coco has a double meaning in creole, it means coconut but it is also another word that ppl use to designate men's intimate parts, so when you say blanc manjé DE coco it sounds that this dessert is based from that, if you get my point.... 😅
Hello Eileen, I'm working for the French brand "Pierre & Vacances". We are looking for contents that can Martinique's street food, especially the smoked chicken, aka "Le Poulet Boucané" . (We'll tag you of course :) ) Please let us know as soon as possible. Thank you, have a good day. Victor

Hi can you make a video about the salads that are made on the islands. I have been to Guadeloupe 2 times with my family and now we are planning on going to Martinique. The blood sausages I thought was made up of cows blood cooked in roll?
Hey there, thanks for your comment. 😊 I am not on the island anymore but when I head back I will try the different salads. What do you think is so special about them? 😊 The boudin creole is pork blood mixed with pork fat, bread crumbs, and spices eg cloves, allspice, chilli powder before being stuffed in casings. It's lightly boiled in water before you eat it. 😊 Delicious! Hope you enjoy Martinique!
What the fuck? Haiti doesn’t have a monopoly on cooking. You should know that the Caribbean has a similar culture more Haiti was a French colony, it is logical that it has similarities with other French departments.
At 1:45 : what country is that ? This is NOT Martinique. But Sri Lanka. You could have put a map of Martinique since your video is about Martinique. This map is misleading.
Hey there, if you listen closely I talk about Sri Lanka in that part of the video because that is where the Colombo originated from and was brought over, so it made more sense to me to show the Sri Lankan map. :-)
as a martinican guy, i loved your video, we watched it with my danish girl and we loved it, thank you so much i love you

Sap Otille : I want to go and visit Martinique!! It's a beautiful island!!
The sauce is called “sauce chien” because of the knife with the dog carved on it, the couteau chien that we use for chopping up the spices
You hit the nail right on the head!!! Very accurate about my island.
Punch coco is amazing!

You made me laugh so much. I live on this island and I can tell you that it is Martinique and NOT SRI LANKA.
There were no “workers” on those sugar plantations. I believe you mean slaves!
less pics of people eating please...
