Be interesting to see how thin they could get the case if they used Miyota instead of Seiko movement. Thin case is what makes the BB58 so attractive to us smaller wristed folks.
Great video, very accurate analysis. In my 4.5 years in the game as a watch collector and enthusiast, I collected a lot from MAMACOO I was thinking I was able to get a blue SD but I'm not vip enough, but I'm not giving up. Hehe. Great video.
Great watch, my only complaint with mine is that the bezel action is terrible, and i actually use it quite frequent, not for dive time but for other things in my work. So with that in mind when i know i will be using the bezel i rather take a different watch to work, otherwise a nice looking watch and quality build👍
Never understood the market for homage watches that look exactly like the original designs. No matter how well made they are, they just seem like cheap knock offs to me. I’m not rich or anything, I just don’t get it. Would never buy one personally. I’d rather a unique design.
Well they're knock offs & cheap but the build quality is 90% as good on better Chinese brands @ 5% of the price. So if you don't care about "heritage" but like a design it's a no brainer.
@@theoutdoorsquad Exactly, pretty easy to understand. If you like a Rolex GMTII Master and can't afford $10k+ and the nonsense of trying to actually find a Rolex you can buy, you can buy a homage for less than 10% of the price.
Even when you can afford the original, you sometimes want to wear the same look but not have to care if you damage it. I have a pretty physical job, and love to wear my Reverso. I thought about getting the Aliexpress homage of it so I can bang it freely while wearing the same style
@@specialcircs I bought a Cronos bb39 to tryout for the real thing. After deciding that I loved the design I went to the Tudor store. I left without the Tudor as I could literally not spot any difference in quality (even took a Macro lens) & the PT5000 movement in the Cronos runs about+2s a day which is likely better than the OG too!

MAMACOO is a must for me as a watch collector

Lume so bright, got your fingers yellow 🟡

Nice👌
So much talk about colours and versions; why not show them with insets?
Suggest them to sell this in India all stock will be gone in less than 5 mins
I have San Martin SN004 (BB58). The best version.
But the name…
Autos 🤮🤮
