Thanks again for the coverage. This is a great guide (you're a better communicator than I am!). Note on the board vehicle actions, these only appear for a subset of vehicles (the two helicopters used by campaign missions: Kingbee and big Slicks, most Unsung helicopters, and a few vanilla arma modern ones). So not all vehicles. I built that feature to allow team to board quicker under fire for the campaigns. For other vehicles, you use standard vanilla commands of highlighting team and choosing Get In action.
Great video. Regarding the confusion resulting from mixing vanilla stance commands with SOG AI: I found a better workaround for that than save/reload. Just order automatic stance on your soldiers using the vanilla commands, and they will obey the SOG AI stances again.

Tbh I would rather see complete overhaul of the AI system where Bohemia would rethink and overhaul everything related to AI command, behavior, waypoints and so on. Not only how those systems work on their own but also how they tie to things like mission design. While the mod is pretty good it would be more ideal if we didn't need such mod. It's also kind of limited unless you pair it with some kind of voice command mod.
Absolutely, Johnyboy is working hard bringing SOG AI to more cDLCs and custom scenarios. I general you can load the mod in with any scenario, you'll just have limited functionality.

Are you able to give commands to each team or individual soldiers? I wasnt entirely sure. Im also not super familiar with vanilla AI commands.

Useable AI squadmates, yes.
