@@casual-ark yet they fail to mention if Dio could have done the same. If not, then Alucard could have just hypnotized Dio when he tries to hypnotize Alucard. Nothing stating that Dio could have done so, nor if he could've resisted Alucard mentally since Alucard wasn't sleeping like Dio was for years, but has been conscious for centuries.
@@Clayton_Stewart Despite both characters having methods of mind control, neither has displayed a resistance to it. Alucard’s Third Eye helps him see through illusions, but it needs to be consciously activated, which would be impossible if he’s hypnotized. It’s also been fooled before (by the Dandy Man), so it’s not automatic. DIO has nothing to suggest he could resist mental attacks. So they’d mostly cancel out. Though DIO is significantly faster and could implant a flesh bud during stopped time. So he'd still have the edge here if it came down to mind manipulation.
@@jacobweatherford4696 there isn’t a single reason why it wouldn’t For context, DIO’s Flesh buds work by burrowing into the victim’s brain. Love how Hellsing fans ignore that not only did it take him 30 years to do that, but he had to kill every soul inside him except himself to come back. Stopping time wound give Dio benefits against that one life he's fighting. Unfortunately, I don't know Dio's power set enough to make any other judgments. That said, Hellsing ends with Alucard becoming essentially immortal, since he purged the corruption Schroedinger intended to kill him with. All that while taking in that paradoxical power himself. @@spwron That's just a fan theory probably because I don't remember this being stated. and as the other reply said even if that's the case. The joseph blood would have negated that limitation since its only logical he keeps spamming "I need joestar blood to get OP wrry" something like that
Dio explained himself in Part 3 that Jonathan's body is rejecting him. Why would he waste his vampiric essence trying to use his vampire powers when he needs an entire corpse to heal the damage Jotaro dished out? Part 1 Dio healed from basically anything with almost no blood required. That's why he was after Joseph and Jotaro so much. He needed Joestar blood in order to further assimilate Jonathan's body.

Hence why he used those powers in the Death Battle. He didn't just rely on his Stand; he used every single ability he had at his disposal and his hubris let Alucard get a few hits in...but that's about it.
@@GhostGuy99 No yeah I completely agree I was just pointing this out because the creator of this video thinks they’re gone despite no evidence of it. Yeah his hubris lol. They go into the stats later and show how much of a stomp it is.
@@nighfinite I mean, the point was sort of his complaint, that their choice of "stats" feels pretty flagrantly biased to justify that outcome they want without showing equal respect to both characters. Heck, even ignoring that, Alucard has literally hundreds of lives, and all the skills and abilities and whatever of everyone he consumed... And that's ignoring Schrodinger's ability which makes him literally immortal. Like, he came back from being erased from existence. What's Dio possibly going to do to him? Like, the entire plot of Hellsing basically revolves around an organization that has nothing to do with their lives but try to kill Alucard pulling off the most convoluted scheme possible to do the "erase from reality" thing... And it doesn't work. Dio has no win condition here unless Death Battle is specifically picking, like, Dio after he gets his final power up immediately before he gets killed, so like, his last 10 minutes of life or whatever, but Alucard at some arbitrary earlier point to try to keep him from having access to his "end of narrative" power level. @@thaddeusgenhelm8979 They went over all of your points. It may feel biased because they sometimes only make matchups that are even in stats but they’ve put many stomp videos out. Like Dr.Doom vs Vader. Pretty sure I recall Araki confirming that DIO still had all of his vampiric abilities but the World was so OP that he didn't rely on them nearly as much as he could have
It was in one of the Novels , the main reason DIO stopped using his vampiric abilities was mainly because they wouldn't work against Stands. And since he realized Stands vs Stands was going to be the main way of fighting and the World was so powerful he didn't need them at that point. He even says himself that he can easily still use his old powers but are pretty pointless when stand battles are now the thing
@@FugitiveKing which ironically means taking the novels into account, death battle was right that he could use them. Thank you for this enlightening information.
They also fucked up the weakness of Alucard. They used the fan theory of Alucard where he uses souls to regenerate but that was debunked in the manga as Alucard regenerated his head after getting decapitated by Monster of God Anderson even when having no souls inside of him. He also was on the verge of death when Abraham Van Helsing staked him in the heart despite having souls but, couldn’t he use a soul to regenerate the damage and continue to fight Abraham Van Helsing? Since the Bram Stoker Dracula is canon to the manga, and we have not seen one text or phrase that suggests that Dracula’s regeneration was based off of souls. I think it’s true that Alucard’s regeneration was never dependent on souls. The real way to kill Alucard is to destroy his heart with a holy weapon and it can kill him whether he has souls or not. Also, before the Death Battle released this fight. Nearly everyone agreed that Alucard slaughters Dio(Pre/Post-Schrodinger). They agreed that Alucard was faster and stronger. But after the fight got released, they wanked dio to 1504x light speed and claimed that he was stronger than Alucard and all those insufferable dio fans took the statement to account lmao.
This is also backed up by the fact, all Alucard just did against Walter was, body swap mixed with illusions just so Walter will just kill Luke and Alucard had more than enough time to regenerate. Then literally afterwards Alucard is accepting all the pent up rage Walter is giving him afterwards because he knows there's no longer a chance. Because beforehand, Alucard was cocky against Walter and that bite him in the ass at that time.
This would've been an interesting way to overall satisfy both sides if they did it like this. After the general fight Dio has with Alucard assuming he won. A few seconds later we hear a slow clap echoing as it gets closer to Dio. Dio turns around, sees no one, then turns again and sees Alucard again in One piece. Alucard laughs and says, "I'm impressed, truly impressed! I thought no one in this world can kill me and here you are. I thank you for the thrilling experience. But I still have a job to do. To destroy the monster that can destroy the world." Dio laughs at that approach and Screams: "ZA WORLDO!" Initially it looks like he's frozen in place, only for him to start moving. Dio looks at this in shock. Alucard wags his finger and says, "That trick wouldn't work on a living paradox, like I am now." Dio slowly backs away for his stand to start attacking, only for the stand to be phasing through him like he dosen't exist. Alucard explains: "I am a being that exists everywhere and nowhere. I can be beside you. Shows him disappearing and reappearing next to him then says. "Or I can be somewhere else". Only to disappear again once Dio blinks. Suddenly an arm stabbed right through Dios chest, he looks back and sees no one is there, only for another arm to sprout out of his back and another and several more out of his torso, then the arms start to grab parts of his body and starting to compress themselves within him and more and more arms sprouting out to do the same until Dio becomes nothing more than a small puddle of blood, only for the blood to be absorbed to Alucard's feet and shows him full view and he says, "Finally! Time to enjoy the rest of this beautiful night in my nightly stroll." Alucard lifts his hat, then throws it. Then once the hat gets blown closer to the screen where it covers the screen we see nothing else around the area. That's how I would like to imagine for the fight to end with. To mostly to imply the two ideal arguments. That Dio can still probably more times than not. Can kill Alucard without needing to kill all the other lives. But if we were to apply the Omnipresent version of Alucard. Dio basically has no chance in taking down Alucard at that point.
That's cool, But for an Alucard Win I always preferred the idea of DIO loosing his body and then Grafting his head onto Alucards after decapitating him. After he thought he won Alucard starts to regenerate around DIO's head absorbing him into his biomass with nothing more then a shit-eating grin.
@@SatoK47 I know, but that is still technically up to interpretation. Actually it makes it so no one really can. Schrodinger literally references the quantum state of Existing in ALL possible states at once. Treating ALL possible things as true untill 100% confirmed other wise. it is why it basically Spiritually, physically and mentally Atomized Alucard across all existence. He had to regain control and Eliminate those possibilities. This means that even if you kill him. He is still alive. if he is gone. He is still there. Thats the point of cheshire Cat and Schrodinger thought experiment. All Posibilites are true. BUT that's to be expected when you have Einstein and the only hand full of minds at the time that were equal coming up with some of the most outrageous concepts they could in the realm of theoretical physics that bordered on supernatural. But yeah. It basically means that if you kill him he still exists as alive. If you erase him he still is not erased. he always will have a state of at least two ways. Both opposite. And if you comfirm one state. Another opposite exists as well. BUT That really fits. As Alucards powers were already beyond explanation. He was basicly never pushed and only went as far and hard as he wanted. He is based on Brimm Stroker Dracula. Who was SO op because all his powers were based on Supernatural unexplainable concepts. Fear and superstition and everything in the end went to Cause the Devil explanation. In Hell sing while they explained all other powers they really left Alucard vague. Even letting him over power Divine Power pretty easy. So that power fits that world.

In fact, it's mandatory, and was what lead to his defeat through unknowingly absorbing Schrodinger. Actually, I don’t think Death Battle was wrong by giving Dio his vampire powers along with his stand. It’s not like it was explicitly stated that they went away, and Dio did use his blood-sucking and healing vampiric abilities during his fight with Jotaro. The only reason Dio didn’t use his other vampire abilities was simply because he ignorantly saw his stand as superior, but again, that doesn’t mean he no longer had them at his disposal. And since Death Battle looks at characters at their fullest possible potential, of course Dio is going to have his vampire abilities and his stand. Not saying this means he wins, but I personally don’t see why this specific thing matters.
I can see where you're arguing, especially on the fact how. It really dosen't matter in the end because, even stat wise. The ability to stop time and have a stand is arguably more useful than the other abilities, since Alucard can easily bypass them or it is an overall a nonissue to him. (Like that one scene in the fight itself where Dio tries to freeze Alucard and Alucard and ripped his own arms off and formed them into blades and still continued the fight.)

The fact that Alucard was even redlisted for many VS battles should tell others enough about him by default. Alucard is literally a "Given this Situation" Character that can beat people far out of his Tier yet get Beaten by some lower Tier ones. Situations like this, are literally what the "Feats" and "Hacks" sections is for.
Another thing about DIO’s vampire abilities is that LIKE HALF OF THEM USE HIS BODILY FLUIDS. THE WHOLE POINT OF WHAT HES DOING IS TO GAIN JOESTAR BLOOD. Why would he waste it by fan firing his Space Ripper Stingy Eyes like a revolver at Jotaro in stopped time. Besides, Jonathan’s body already resists DIO, which is why one of his legs is weaker (which is what he tried to hit Jotaro with in the final clash) and having less of the Joestar blood would likely make the body resist more. Using his vampiric abilities would be a terrible idea.
It's not 100 percent clear if DIO could use his vampiric abilities but I think it's more likely that he did. His physical body was weaker than it used to be but he still had access to his regeneration and even picked up some new vampiric abilities like fleshbud creation. I'm not super well versed with most characters they do but that one definitely felt wrong when it came out. Even if you don't go the Schrodinger route, Alucard has hundreds of thousands if not millions of lives saved up, and Dio would have to go through all of those. Alucard also specifically hunts vampires, and uses guns made for icing them, plus I'm pretty sure Alucard could just get some sip and drink Dio if he wanted, or just draw the fight out till the sun comes up because unlike Dio I'm pretty sure Alucard has never been affected by the sun in the anime. Pretty sure Dio was effectively beaten by one solid punch then left out in the sun. They always find really specific instances where their favourite character does something that would make them extraordinarily strong, but that's usually because the author or artist didn't realize how strong you'd have to be to lift something like a boulder, and you know that's the case because the author puts them in other scenarios where that supposed super strength would be really handy but they just don't use it. It's doubly frustrating because in some episodes they brush off a characters feats because they acknowledge it just doesn't make sense.
Not to mention you can debunk 1500x light speed dio in his fight in SDC, if he has supposedly enhanced hearing; you’d think he’d be able to air shot polnareff (who had screamed as he stabbed dio in the head) Dio didn’t expect it either, because he even said “If you moved slightly you would’ve punctured my brain and killed me” Edit: Disregard this crap, it was just me still being a pissy hellsing fan, still don’t believe 1500x ftl dio, but he does win more times than alucard
Ok so we’re going to ignore him fighting Jotaro who managed to fight Anubis Polnareff who was amped x4. Plus Polnareff managed to block beams of light from the sun.
You could argue he wasnt paying attention or was just that focused on jotaro. Dio could also be mocking polnareff saying aw you were so close. And remember isn’t polenareff comparable to star platinum in speed or even faster unarmored.
I think part of the reason Araki didn't have Dio use his other Vampire abilities was because he wanted to put more emphasis ln the new power system of Stands. Think about it, Dio could still use his lazer beam eyes when he was a severed head, why would taking Jonothans body strip him of that ability? Also, Dio makes those flesh buds he used on Kakyoin and Okuyasus dad, which is OBVIOUSLY a Vampire ability.

@@devilman4723 yet, thats like saying someone who has 999 trillion dollars, does not have unlimited wealth until the earth explodes. Technically he can run out, but that is next to impossible unless he gives it away. He technically is immortal, but not by definition. Even before his last "final true" death before becoming ken to godly. Its debatable how many times he died, but we know for sure he died when he got turned to blood. As long as he had them souls he can be reborn since he does die. He speaking philosophically like even gods have an end, as in they will just just cease to exist for no reason(maybe because if noone can claim you exist do you exist anymore) . Which is why he emphasized after that there is no "True" immortal. Yet in how we see immortality , and everyone in his universe he is that clearly that since theres no method to put him down. Even the only method known to kill him Did not give a "true" death to him. So hes immortal, especially then and especially now😅. Same with Kars. Although Alucard would probably best Kars, since he was only immortal compared to humans. Against beings like Alucard he would be mortal.
@@brandonbrown6918 Why'd you go through all those mental gymnastics when you yourself agree he isn't immortal? He'll live for an extremely long time, but he literally cannot be immortal Dio is also millions of times faster and thousands of times stronger, along with being able to constantly regenerate any damage (which Alucard can't do to him) via drinking his blood. It'll take him a while but he'll absolutely beat Alucard without much difficulty, much less if he decides to go Level 0
@@devilman4723 @Devilman Have you seen Hellsing 🤣🤣🤣. They switch between action, fiction, non-fiction mythology. It's a big cartwheel. Listen when Alucard speaks, he speaks in idioms. As long as their life being born on earth it makes him immortal in the sense I said a person who has 600 trillion dollars has unlimited/infinite wealth. Plus he has over a million souls... at no point Dio is strong enough to beat Alucard. Logically let's think about this. Do you think Dio can kill Allucard over a million times in one night? Since Allucard is immune to the Sun, Dio is not. The world seems to have a cool down, or he would of kept spamming it. So there literally is no chance for Dio to win. Since Allucard "could "still reach dio during the day. Alucard can be reborn from nothing. As I stated he does die, but comes back. Just think about who Allucard went up against. Both opponents whom are faster, and stronger than him. A simple hallucination (which he done before to that string dude) would have dio trying to fight in the sun. Want to say he uses magic, but I'm thinking hes more on some esper shid. It'll be impossible for dio to drink his blood, unless he let them. Also...... Dio more cunning, but Alucard is smarter. So anyway you slice it Dio cannot win. There'll be no reason for him to go 0. Unless he's taunted into it. Dio regeneration is faster, but does have a limit. Like if a body part is severed. Then hell have to re-attach or be on some tentacles shid. Alucard can regenerate from any damage even Holy attacks.... your only plus is he stronger and faster, which doesn't amount to much against him.
I still watch it and find it entertaining but Ben10 vs Green Lantern was te one that got to me. @@drakeware655 really? huh never noticed. granted comics has so many bs reasons for time travel that its easy to assume most characters just have some way to do it as some point in their canon. Especially the guy who's power is 'make what ever i want'
@fairystail1 It's true. During the analysis, before the fight and after, they never mentioned that Green Lantern COULD travel through time, but they saved that explanation for another video. I haven't seen it, but if I had to guess, the reason was probably, "Another Green Lantern did it, so why not Hal?" I had a feeling Ben was going to lose, mainly because he was up against a DC character, a comic franchise of stupidly OP characters, but it's the fact they never mentioned Hal could travel through time that makes me upset with the match-up, not the result
As a jojo fan I can confirm that dio can use his vampire abilities but chose not to as he was too caught up with his stand and was probably messing around for the most part, I mean c'mon he threw like 100 knifes at jotaro
About the whole "I don't think he would be using knives if he still had laser beams", he would actually use knives instead, because as they mention in the video (and it's stated in Part 1), Space-Ripper-Stingy-Eyes (the laser eyes) requires the user to eject their own bodily fluids to work, which would be a problem for DIO, since the whole point of the fight was he was trying to get more Joestar Blood. He also didn't use Vaporization Freezing since that wouldn't affect stands and would only leave him vulnerable
I never understood that. Pressurized fluids? From his eyes? Bro, just say Dio has laser vision. Pressurized eye fluids not only sounds like a cop-out way of avoiding laser vision, but it sounds painful. Imagine trying to do that and accidentally popping a blood vessel as you do it.
The thing that pissed me off the most is the fact that they said Dio can MIND-CONTROL Alucard. They said it like Alucard doesn't have mind-control powers himself and has way more experience with it
@@ARC--5973 now look I love dio but they wanked him so fucking much in that fight. Not saying that alucard wins but dios stats that deathbattle presented are not consistent at all. Let's start off with 1500 times faster than light. And they scale this due to silver chariot cutting hanged man. Now tell me this. If silver chariot was as fast as this. Why in the entire fight silver chariot couldn't keep up with hanged man. Hell polnaraff literally says that in order to even hit hanged man. He would have to force hanged man to take a path that polnareff knew it would go. And hanged man is only light speed. So if silver chariot was 1500 times faster than him. Why couldn't silver chariot just blitz him? Why did he need to force hanged man to take a certain path. At best. The world is just light speed. Now for strenth I got really nothing to say there. But dios speed was most definitely wanked. Edit: also lifting a sea of blood should be more impressive than joylnes small astoids
@@olp3850 I disagree that the blood feat is better than the meteors, bc while yes the meteors we're small, they were also traveling insanely fast. That speed accounts for most of their destructive force. As for the Chariot feat, I'll admit that I haven't run the calcs myself, so I can neither fully prove nor disprove them. However, Chariot being FTL is supported by statements from Araki during Part 6 saying that Star Platinum was FTL, and Part 6 SP scales below Part 3 SP, and Silver Chariot scales to Part 3 SP in terms of speed. That all being said, some reasons why Chariot struggled against Hanged Man could be that he didn't understand the nature of the stand at first, and then even after he understood it he had to force it into a position where he could strike at it, as he couldn't attack while it was already inside a reflection. But even then, the simple scaling that puts SP and Chariot at FTL is more than enough to have Dio outspeed Alucard anyway.

I am unaware of where this misconception comes from, though I do have a guess. I believe some people take his interaction with Hol Horse as some sort of proof that he is physically weaker. While yes, DIO did admit that his body was weaker than before, there is nothing to suggest that being weaker prevents him from using his vampire abilities. Furthermore, DIO himself states that once he drained Joseph's blood, his body has been the strongest it has ever been. If we take the previous logic as true, that being weak somehow prevents him from using vampire abilities, then we almost must take the reverse true, that being stronger than ever before allows him to use his vampire abilities. Fuurthermore, DIO actually DOES use his vampire abilities, several times actually. He uses his super-hearing to see if Jotaro's heart is beating from a distance. He uses his vampiric Regenerationn to recover from shattered legs in mere seconds. He creates biological flesh buds to brainwash his opponents. People just don't see him use his "exciting" abilities and therefore he doesn't have it? Its just cherry picking at this point, he either DOES have vampire abilities or he DOESN'T. He is a vampire or he isn't. People suggest that him never using it against Jotaro is also proof that he does not have it. Well, no . Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence. Him not using it doesn't mean he cannot use it. He chose not to. Whether or not that was a good decision is up to the reader. It's just a case of PIS, and thus cannot be used as proof that he does not have it.

They really did my boy dirty on this death battle. They tried to use the Stand being untouchable by Alucard as a point of contention, even though Alucard sure as hell can see illisions and invisibles. Alucard before the Battle of London has millions of souls in him, each one needing him to be killed to be expelled. Only in his Count form, where he summoned them as a literal army, was he himself vulnerable as is mentioned by Father Anderson, his setting's most prolific vampire hunter was near suicidal but he would still try. I dont believe a world exists where Dio can wipe out all 4 million and change souls Alucard had before he could take Dio out. They ignored so much of Alucard's powers man Im still mad as hell.
They explain in jojo the regular people heck even the vampires in jojo verse can’t see or have resistance to stands, so he might be able to see stands because I believe he can see souls which stands are basically a projection of the soul, but he still take a lot of damage from them then regenerate until he runs out the the lives he stole, so it comes down to who can out last the other.

On that space ripper stingy eyes thing, it makes sense for Dio not to use it considering it shoots out blood and getting joestar blood was his main goal
One of Dio’s biggest weakness is his over confidence. Sh/t he was so over confident with the world he didn’t even bother using his vampire abilities. Let’s be honest here if dio was more focused and used all of his abilities he would have CRUSHED jotaro. Dio was so dilliusional that he put all this work to stop time yet he legit could have Freeze jotaro in place with his Low ice tempature ability. If Dio actually Used his full potential and power he slams half the verse!
Dio was over confident for a total of a single fight in Part 3, and not even the entire fight. Vs Kakyoin & Joseph he went for immediate and fatal blows the moment he had a chance, and did do the same with Jotaro because of his time abilites so it's unlikely Alucard would encourage the same response. Even when Jotaro was down he checked for his vitals and ordered cops to fire at him with a gun and even used a street sign to keep his distance so he wouldn't risk taking too much damage. Like the worst part, is even before Schrodinger, Dio had no way of killing Alucard, the only way to do it was to have him unleash lvl 0, an ability he only used to fight an army because he needed the sheer volume, otherwise he's virtually immortal.
I mean virtually immortal yes but as he’s souls are like a computer game life system but it take time for that to come in effect and death battle view as resurrection only counts if it can happen mid fight
As well as yes everything this yt said is correct death battle servilely underestimated Alcaurd but they weren’t wrong either as dio time stop gets stop within each use and if dio lost the cocky nature of his self he technically couldn’t lose as he still can’t get past time stops
Alucard has no way of countering the world. Plus Schrödinger along with his base powers breaks canon, meaning dio would have The world over heaven if they’re truly being fair
@@juliomenendez9458alucard does have a way to counter the world, it’s quite easy too, waiting the clock out, dio can’t constantly spam it and thats before he absorbed josephs blood, he always had to take a few seconds before doing it again. Alucard has that amount of time, dio doesn’t.
@justaguywithagoodphoto4801 I agree alucard stomps, but its jotaro who can't spam it due to having a human heart, but dio since he regens kept increasing his time and used it much more than jotaro
@@johnjoestar2465 thats the thing, even dio had his limits with timestop, he couldn’t spam it, but he could get close if he sucked joestar blood which he did from joseph
They weren’t wrong his vampire powers were not gone. Araki even said in an interview that Dio was too arrogant and thought the powers were outdated compared to Za Warudo. Dio just wanted to test out his stand. Also it’d be funny to grab someone to drag them to the sun only to be frozen in timestop and have the situation reset. Their calculations may have been slightly off but nothing near the Madara vs Aizen calculations ☠️
Which also seems kind of like a form of bias, you know?
@@thaddeusgenhelm8979 They went over all of your points. This wasn’t a really fair MU Dio has many different types of immortalities other than just eternal life, his speed made the fight so one sided. Alucard gains omnipresence in time with Schrödinger, yet there’s a solution to that to with Dio’s hypnosis. It’s literally all been answered. It may feel biased because they sometimes only make matchups that are even in stats but they’ve put many stomp videos out. Like Dr.Doom vs Vader. Also he wasn’t going to get killed I’m not sure what moment you’re trying to bring up but the army of blood with only heal Dio. I mean scaling wise this wasn’t fair at all really.
@@nighfinite You... Think Dio could just hypnotize Alucard? Really? That's, uhm, if that's the sort of excuse they used for that I understand why people are complaining about how they went about things. That's such a "We want this character to win, and they can't so we're just claiming they can" move I'm disappointed to see someone defending it.
" only a human can destroy a monster. Only a human can dare hope to. "

@@lightspeed7312 the novels💀
@@FugitiveKing which ironically means taking the novels into account, death battle was right that he could use them. Thank you for this enlightening information.
@@FugitiveKingWell, the Novel's aren't considered completely canon since they weren't written by Araki.
I like Dio but Alucard sweeps since he is the vampire not a vampire
This is also backed up by the fact, all Alucard just did against Walter was, body swap mixed with illusions just so Walter will just kill Luke and Alucard had more than enough time to regenerate. Then literally afterwards Alucard is accepting all the pent up rage Walter is giving him afterwards because he knows there's no longer a chance. Because beforehand, Alucard was cocky against Walter and that bite him in the ass at that time.
Couldn't DIO just timestop and steal Alucards guns and shoot him directly in the heart? Boom, done deal
Also, DIO is pretty objectively lightspeed given he's clashing with stands that have DEFLECTED ACTUAL LIGHT BEAMS. Like, bro, jets CANNOT compare
Name one lifting feat of Alucard’s that is above all that Jotaro and Dio have done in the series.
To destroy the monster that can destroy the world."
Dio laughs at that approach and Screams: "ZA WORLDO!"
Initially it looks like he's frozen in place, only for him to start moving. Dio looks at this in shock. Alucard wags his finger and says, "That trick wouldn't work on a living paradox, like I am now."
Dio slowly backs away for his stand to start attacking, only for the stand to be phasing through him like he dosen't exist.
Time to enjoy the rest of this beautiful night in my nightly stroll."
Alucard lifts his hat, then throws it.
But I can still see Alucard's will overtaking Dio's because it was stated for Searas that her relationship with Pip was mutual so, him backing her up came more naturally. Schroedinger has to be the most stupid power of all time. It just makes it such an absurdly small amount of characters can kill him.
My favorite part was they just tried to play off that Dio could mind-control Alucard like that wasn't the worst idea ever.

Stands are supernatural abilities, and have been shown to be tied to bloodlines, such as all of Part 3 where DIO gaining a stand caused all the other Joestars to do so too.
In which case, would it be their literal stand, or would he receive his own stand??
It would likely be his own cuz ONLY Dio and Jotaro had the same stand, Joseph had a different one and got it from the same origin

Think most people bring that up cause they did that to Alucard claiming Alucard doesn't have his vampire ability's and Schrödinger because he killed all the souls inside him even though it has never been stated thats where he gets those ability's from or that he lost them after the fact.

They actually said this in one of the streams after the 1st or 2nd goku vs superman vid. Its actually like THE bigger argument for why nobody actually takes their claims seriously, and just watch for the dope animations.
Well said
I'm not super well versed with most characters they do but that one definitely felt wrong when it came out.
Not to mention you can debunk 1500x light speed dio in his fight in SDC, if he has supposedly enhanced hearing; you’d think he’d be able to air shot polnareff (who had screamed as he stabbed dio in the head)
Dio didn’t expect it either, because he even said “If you moved slightly you would’ve punctured my brain and killed me”
Edit: Disregard this crap, it was just me still being a pissy hellsing fan, still don’t believe 1500x ftl dio, but he does win more times than alucard

Do I need to explain Alucard hears that and there will be nothing to stop him from kicking dio's butt
@@dragonriderabens9761 Alucard can't exactly be killed since he has billions of souls in his body and he uses them to be brought back so dio is going to have a hard time to bring him down and the time stop probably won't work on Alucard since Alucard is probably faster then dio and could probably not be stopped in time due to his powers and once he finds out about the world he well go all out on dio not holding back and probably devouring him immediately sure Alucard plays around but if he gets serious nothing will stop him from tearing dio apart yes dio would probably win in most cases but it's not a stomp fight Alucard won't go down without a fight he won't die on his knees and he well not be brought down he well get back up and keep fighting tell he dies but I think he could wear dio down or just eat him outright
@@dragonriderabens9761 i mean I don't think time stop would do much since dio can attack Alucard but it wouldn't do much since Alucard would just regenerate the world is strong to be honest but it's also really won't do much in this fight dio could probably kill Alucard a few times before time resumes and I believe Alucard could counter it with his release level 0 or just outright overpower it due to his Power's and his abilities but yeah like Alucard said in hellsing abridged
Alucard: your Power's are bu'$ shi%
When it comes to tons, I’m pretty sure they are referring to tons of tnt, not weight. Because tons of tnt is actually a pretty used and accurate unit of measuring power.
Ohhhhh.
Okay so how many tons of tnt does it take to lift a ocean of blood
@@titaniumstar1772 Not all that much (in terms of energy), especially since the manga usually had it barely reach the bottom of doors in most shots. Heck, with the official human death count given, it wouldn’t even reach a ton from ever calculation of the scene I’ve seen.
@videogameunderappreciateda8174 So wait a second, the army/body count of zombies alucard has is possibly in the millions.....yet it would only take about a ton of tnt to do what he did?
sorry, the math isnt mathing
@@titaniumstar1772 You are aware two tons of tnt obliterated a ship, a stone bridge, and the small army on that bridge and around it back in a old war (to the point it is forever in the history books). Dio is awesome and all but there’s no way that he could ever stand a chance against Alucard’s #LifeHack
Dio:”Time stop. You thought I wasn’t gonna do that so early? No, I’m going for the quick KO”
Not even close Alucard is immortal in the literal sense
They don't care man
Alucard says on multiple occasions that immortality doesn't exist. In his case it's just extra lives tied to his soul count
He'll live for an extremely long time, but he literally cannot be immortal
Dio is also millions of times faster and thousands of times stronger, along with being able to constantly regenerate any damage (which Alucard can't do to him) via drinking his blood.
Yang vs tifa is the one that made me peace out ngl.
I still watch it and find it entertaining but Ben10 vs Green Lantern was te one that got to me.
Im fine with Hal winning, but they just neglected so many of Ben's abilities, used GL with all of his buffed moments combined and then didnt do the same for Ben.
just infuriating.
Same with Alucard fighting like a dang idiot
Tracer vs Scout is the first ignitor that made me go "Yeah screw Death Battle, Bias as f"
@@fairystail1There's also the fact they left out the explanation on how Green Lantern could time travel, and explained it in another video
They said it like Alucard doesn't have mind-control powers himself and has way more experience with it
Ok, so their mind control cancels out, so now let's take a look at the stats...
Oh wait
@@ARC--5973 the blood feat is better than the meteors. That meteor feat is AT BEST. Multi citi leval. Do I even need to explain how big a sea is?

Let's not forget, he's a REAL FUCKING VAMPIRE. that death battle pissed me off
Tbh araki himself said dio could still use his abilities he just didn’t.
Where did he say that.
Source?
I don't get why people keep making up Araki quotes and interviews. It's really easy to go to the JoJo Wiki and check if you're making stuff up.
@@ChadBenjamin DIO in the novel when talking about pet shop states how he reminded him of his own vampiric freezing abilities and that the reason he doesn’t use them is due to the fact that I his stand is more effective

Hell even if we take away the eye beams, alucard making an army would doom him due to the fact dio's health and stamina would keep topping off with all the blood from all the useless bodies alucard would send his way.
He wouldn't really be feeling bothered by time stop spamming since the is a constant supply of energy drinks from alucard, made all the much easier by the fact one of his punches is enough to blow about most of anything alucard can throw at him let alone him just throwing a constant barrage

Said knifes were implied to be able to kill jotaro as well had he not have books on his body

For Dio not using His ability, I THINK that Araki said that he didnt use them before he thought they were shit, which Makes sense for me. Plus, he seems to wanting some entertainment, like with Polnareff and the stairs
There's no sources nor has Araki said that Dio lost his powers so I have no idea where people are getting that information from.
SDC really couldve ended in that coffin scene if Dio actually tried
Dio was over confident for a total of a single fight in Part 3, and not even the entire fight.
Vs Kakyoin & Joseph he went for immediate and fatal blows the moment he had a chance, and did do the same with Jotaro because of his time abilites so it's unlikely Alucard would encourage the same response.
Even when Jotaro was down he checked for his vitals and ordered cops to fire at him with a gun and even used a street sign to keep his distance so he wouldn't risk taking too much damage.
TL:DR Don't get me wrong DIO is still an egotistical narcissist, but more often than not DIO doesn't mess around.
