I defeated alatreon with a group in 8 minutes too. I was surprised that it was so fast.

If you can stunlock a monster, you can pretty much stay in control of the whole fight
@ProTheGrammer glitches from one side of the area to the other and one shots me when looking in the opposite direction of me.
@@219ification1 which is why I'm making a high exhaust / para switch Axe to control the fight. Aiming for 300-400 exhaust with at least 210 paralyze status. ZSD spam for days with max power prolonger and max evade window.

Ever since I saw the post about how someone beat alatreon with a crafted SnS and no armor I was sort of waiting for this.
I'd really love to see you do one fight against Alatreon wearing the Kelbi Head and using the Lightbreak Bow. This would be the ultimate "how many times do we have to tell you this, old man".

I've had good luck with strategy by going into online sessions with semi random people. Everyone just being on the same page of what quest to go on is a big help.
It's how I beat Behemoth and other siege/primarily multiplayer monsters.

Peppo is a god. Everyone who shows up on this channel is absolutely amazing and it blows my mind seeing everyone play so amazingly. But something about peppo, he makes these crazy plays that thread the needle of attacks and it always leaves my jaw dropped.

Attack Up L from HH being a 20% boost, choosing very strong weapons that don't rely too much on armor skills n going for tenderized weak points is the key! If you don't already then I'm sure you will w more practice
They're also no lives meaning they're 999 HR

I find it to be just a little harder to fight, but deactivating Escaton alone takes no more than a minute of constant attacking for me.
Also, drop the Long Sword or Bowgun if you're using any, having everything easy will not make you a decent player ever.
My original reaction was "Oh F*** OFF!" BUT after seeing the explication and how they teamed up to make it happen, they earned my sub. Good job. I'm going back in to try and kill it fully clothed and gemed up though. Lol
I love the videos of you guys - i learn so much about LS and hunting in a group. Sadly most of the strategies dont work with randoms... but its great what you can acomplish when everyone is doing his/her part :D

Man, we need more dooters. 1100 ish wake up attack without armor skill is great you know. My support build can do at least 1400, almost 2k if crit (i have lv3 crit boost).
Also, I miss taunt (the skill not the gesture). It would be cool to pull aggro without food skill or challenger mantle, and make my Turtle lance build would be awesome once again

One thing is clear to me now....Field Team leader's Voice is 1000% cooler in Japanese, sounds like your in a bad ass anime with him talking and that music goin. Also you answered every question I was going to ask esp the HH waking up Alatreon. Very cool vid

Sick run I personally wouldn't be able to do it but I'd love to see non-Siege weapons for this with no armour, that would be amazing and much more challenging imo

Not gonna lie Alatreons base attacks are extremely predictable if you have the elements it’s extremely easy fight

On today’s episode of “The mad lads of TDS are fucking psychopaths” they kill alatreon in under 10 minutes with only one escaton judgement with literally just weapons equipped.
And majority of players still die to the first escaton judgement because they fail the dps check.
