First off, excellent video. Thank you. Secondly, I am also having an issue where the screen does not sleep after 30 seconds. The light stays on all the time even after using it. It is annoying because it's right next to my bedroom and the light shines through. Anyone know how to solve this? Yes, I went into settings and made sure it sleeps after 30 seconds and I dimmed the brightness in the settings.
Hey, if you are still getting the same problem, you should call them, it could be due to the malfunction of the panel itself

How long does it take to reboot?
Changing the battery was so simple thanks to your video so thanks for that. The new battery is prompting a low batter message now. Any clue why? Should I return it to Amazon?
it may not be the same battery. check the battery on the control center.

I belive the Google Nest doorbells are compatible. here are 2 options one is wired and one is wireless:

What about the door and motion sensors? Mine says there all low but I don't see where to replace them there just these little strips

I can't get the screw out. I am using a mini Phillips head and it's just spinning
Getting it in and out is so cumbersome. It does not pop back in either
Sometimes rebooting the system makes low battery error be cleared.
How do you reboot?
@@jacquelinehoman4892 click the right arrow on your screen, enter your code, click the tools, then click advance, then click the system reboot. If low battery error wasn't been cleared, call Adt for further instructions. Because maybe you really need to change that battery lol
I have a black and red ground wire I need to reconnect. I don't know which one goes where!
Check to the right of the battery. I think there are 2 terminals there. There might be a set of wires connected there.

Once you put panel back it take about 3 to 5 minutes. Screen will turn on again. To normal
