The testimony, though interesting that he said the car stopped, sounds contrived and superficial when you compare the actions of the umbrella man in the videos with what he says. The two men together were somehow involved as you see their actions ( umbrella man and Cuban looking guy).
I read somewhere that even the umbrella that Witt twirled in front of the committee had a different number or arrangement of spokes/ribs. They had a right laugh about it too. Witt gave his wacky testimony and disappeared into the shadows again. You won't find this man anywhere online. No follow up interviews no background except he was a warehouse manager at the time of his HSCA testimony. Willis 5 also shows the lens of Zapruder could see under the Stemmons sign as JFK passed by. So Zapruder filmed JFK as he was shot in the shoulder and throat. But this has been censored in Zapruder by blowing up the Stemmons sign about fourfold. When it was cut and pasted at Z220, the upper right corner of the Stemmons sign was cut and pasted partially flat, In frames before and after it was cut and pasted perfectly rounded. Look at frame Z155 and you will see the front tire on the yellow chase car is suddenly big and fat, but not in surrounding frames. In Z155 the cut and pasted yellow car appears to float a foot above the pavement.

As a Pro Sound Guy I can tell you a couple of Big Flaws that appear not to have been dealt with when recording the Shots for the HSCA from the TSBD, if they did not also test shots fired with Multiple Teams of Gun men for caparison, then there would be no way to explain a lot of what was recorded. Also, most Pros know that Human Bodies absorb sound significantly in mass, so to get an accurate Sound Print in either circumstance, they would have to compensate for the Lack of Humans in Dealey Plaza to absorb Echoes, Reverb and Noise like there was during the assassination.

On Your Video, " Zapruder film documentary " , see the blur of the headlights at 10 frames into 4:32. - At 17, and 25, frames into 4:45, look at the blur in those cement windows - And At 1 frame into 4:47 Then, See that white thing on the lawn, jump to the left. ( I believe this shows the direction of the shock wave ) - At 16, and 30, frames into 15:57 - At 22 frames into 15:58 Look at the distance between the motorcycles and the Pres Limo at 10:13.
