What i dont understand is even IF the CIA released "all" of their JFK assassination files how would we even know it was indeed "all" of the files? Whats stopping them from destroying files if they have not already done so ? Free Press he couldn't ID the gun because he "didn't know foreign rifles." d) He saw it was only six past one when he heard Tippit had been shot. Flatly contradicted by other witnesses, evidence and by Craig's own 1968 interview. e) He saw a slug recovered from the plaza grass. Flatly contradicted by every other officer and witness present, and by Craig's own WC testimony. f) He saw Oswald flee the plaza in a Rambler. Flatly contradicted by other witnesses and evidence that demonstrate Oswald's true escape route, by bus, where he was recognized by his ex-landlady, and by cab, whose driver ID'd him. Oswald still had the bus transfer on him when he was arrested. g) Oswald told him in Captain Fritz's office the Rambler belonged to Ruth Paine. Flatly contradicted by every other officer present, and by FBI and Dallas PD documents that prove Ruth Paine's car was a Chevrolet. h) There were attempts on his life to silence him. James Hostie is a man of very great interest & I'm completely surprised that he was never questioned thoroughly by competent interrogators! He was the interface between the FBI & Oswald. When you consider that Oswald was carrying a notebook with the rego number of Hostie's car & his direct phone number, is it possible that Oswald deposited this package in James Hostie's car & then rang him telling him the package had been "delivered." Naturally, Oswald did NOT know that by so doing he was setting himself up to be the patsy in the JFK murder! Hostie KNOWS much more than he has EVER SAID!

Oliver Stone did more than just make a movie for entertainment value and he did much careful research including talking to Garrison himself. All you have to do is watch the statement that Garrison made on TV and you'll understand where Kevin Costner's portrayal in the courtroom during Clay's trial. For sure he opened the eyes to those who had little or no prior knowledge of the event. I'm definitely here because of the movie and all the studying I've done on the subject so this hearing is interesting to watch. At this time, I also find out that Stone released a new movie JFK Revisited which I am anxious to watch.

Ergo, his description went out. Johnny Brewer heard this description broadcast and noted it sounded like the man who was trying to skulk in his shop doorway and hide his face when cruisers went past answering an "officer down" call. When Brewer called in to the police after the man ducked into the theater it was realized this suspect was a good match for the man seen shooting Tippit and fleeing. Nothing shifty or sinister about any of it. You didn't mention the minor detail that Oswald tried to shoot the first officer to approach him in the theater. but of course it's more likely every cop and witness in the place was lying while Oswald was an innocent man who didn't do anything, etc., etc.

Brennan looked up from his street level location and saw a man looking out of the sixth floor window waiting for the presidents parade route and determined the man to be an assassin. Despite admitting he only saw the man from his belt up, Brennan determined the suspect was 165 pounds, 5'10" and in his early thirties. How did Brennan know he was the assassin? because the man stood close to the window WHILE HOLDING HIS GUN. Of course - Case Closed! Brennan said he could identify the man if he ever saw him again, which he failed to do in a police line up. Even after Dallas Police made sure Brennan saw Oswalds photo on TV. Only after Oswald was dead and buried did Brennan say it was Oswald for sure. A large portion of witnesses and police ran to the picket fence where shots were said to have been fired. 90 seconds after the assassination Officer Baker saw Oswald on the second floor of the TSBD calmly drinking a coke. He wasn't sweating, nervous or out of breath. but, it was Howard Brennan's testimony that seemed to investigators to be the most reliable even over their own officer's word. No witnesses picked Oswald out of a line up as the man who killed Officer Tippit. Some went so far as to say Oswald wasn't the man. Bullet shells picked up off the street of Tippits murder by investigators had extraction marks on them consistant with being fired from a semi-automatic. Oswald carried a revolver. The investigator at the scene scatched his initials on the shells to mark the chain of evidence. Those shells went missing and were never seen again. Johnny Brewer in his testimony never mentioned hearing of Oswalds description. He saw a man about 5'9", 150 pounds enter the Texas theater without buying a ticket and Brewer - who did not work at the theater - entered the theater and began searching for this man. He alerted the ticket sales person, Mrs. Postal and usher Butch and asked if they had seen this man. They had not. They searched the theater and could not find him. Mrs Postal then called the police. Cops and detectives swarmed the theater. Oswald didn't pull out his revolver until after the scuffle with police began. Maybe he saw a policeman going for his gun. Maybe he was going to commit suicide, who knows... but to just say Oswald tried to shoot a cop is a stretch. As the fighting ensued Brewer claimed one of the officers said "Kill a President, will you." At that point, what an odd thing to say. They didn't even know Oswalds name yet or that he worked at the TSBD. How did they make that connection - Brennan?

When they exhumed Oswald's body in 1981 it was discovered that the casket had been opened and the head replaced and put on the body that was buried in 63 so that Oswald's dental records would positively identify him. The AARB that was approved by law, under President Clinton and has answered many of the questions and details of this deliberate murder. However, they will never release the names of the men of our government and what departments planned this murder. There is still much information that was not addressed. IN THIS CLIP: Professor Herbert Parmet of City University of New York - (Professor, Historian, researcher, Teacher, Kennedy Biographer) - He claims that Oliver Stone inserted many misleading things into his film 'JFK'. As an example Parmet says in the film Gary Oldman playing Oswald says "I was a Patsy". Professor Parmet claims that Oswald never said that (3:03:25). Technically he is correct, although I don't think Parmet was calling attention to a misquoted statement in the film. Parmet was saying the the real Oswald never refered to himself as a patsy. To be clear, Gary Oldman states in the film, just as the real Oswald stated "I'm just a patsy". I am not a historian but I can clearly remember Oswald saying, and reporters quoting Oswald as saying "I'm just a Patsy" while under arrest at the Dallas Police station, and there is archival footage to prove it - you can even watch the real Oswald say it here on UA-cam. What kind of Professor would get up in front of Congress and say something so provably false?

Stone is no expert on the assassination. He knows no more than most people who have followed this case for decades. Here are my facts: Oswald was the lone assassin. I have been to that window. I walked that street. It was an easy hit. No second gunman was involved. The first shot that hit Kennedy in the neck, was done from behind. It was so close from where Oswald was, that someone with a BB gun could have done it. Anyone from the picket fence was out of range. The fatal shot was a bit further away, but still a close and clear shot. There could not have been a second gunman from behind the picket fence, because there was no getaway. That area was surrounded by railroad tracks except for two small roads that would have led to the Texas School Book Depository building. That area was sealed off because of the motorcade. After shots were fired, well, no one was getting out. No one fired from a sewer and the driver certainly did not do it. Come on! Oswald did it. The Warren Commission got it right.
Seriously!!! Their was 5 men who worked on that railroad that were on that bridge . One had 35+ years working on that railroad! That grew up shooting guns from a young age taught by their fathers, for hunting! There was clearly, to anyone can hear , 4-5 shots! They heard the shot and immediately looked over by the grassy knoll because that’s were the sound came from! They also saw a billow of smoke rise from the tree area and dissipated . Out of the five .. two were watching the president snd know that that shot was the shot that hit the president. Propelled his head back, then to the left when he fell into his wife’s arms! Not only was there testimony from them, but there were other witnesses that none knew each other including the 5 men from the railroad, that testified to the same exact thing! There was also a young soldier who was shipping out to Alaska in : days. He was by the bridge. When he went to step over the bar and approach the bridge by the picket fence area.. he was stopped by a man with a black hat, and black suit who basically told him “ You’re not coming over here!” He then walked to his left along the picket fence and the man again abruptly approached him and said, “ I told you to get out of her!” Then there was the deaf mute man who stopped his car and saw the man with a black hat and suit on , come over the fence, with a rifle type gun in his hand, hand it to another man that was in a police officers outfit but no hat, walk behind a large bin type object, disassemble the gun, but the gun in a suitcase toy case, and slowly walk off! He was also able to show how the man in the suit walked off. Very slow and confident like nothing had happened. Remember he can’t hear! It wasn’t until a few moments went by and the commotion set in that he then realized something had happened to the POTUS! There is also testimony in interviews by doctors and nurses , medical examiner, ambulance driver who was used to transport the presidents body. and the funeral home who sold the casket, drs were from Parkland hospital, all said that there was a gapping, very large hole, ( huge) in the back of the Presidents head. That could only have been caused by the missile type object( bullet) exiting the back of the Presidents head ! Which meant the President was hit from the front, where there was a hole that was an entry wound. There are now photos and video finally released that show exactly what everyone has testified to that, was conveniently left out of the Warren report . Even after these people were asked to be interviewed for that very reason!!! Doctors from Parkland were shocked when they were able to review autopsy reports , and photos because they totally contradicted what they saw and were never called or asked any questions. ( that’s absurd) Who were the ones to work on the President! There’s so much more but carry on with your personal walk through that means absolutely nothing compared to eyewitnesses and doctors who were there that day and actually worked on the President , governor and assisted the First Lady at Parkland! Not to mention the photos and videos that have been released that clearly show the fatal shot, without a doubt, unless you are daft, couldn’t and didn’t come from behind the President, let alone from Oswald! If the Secret Service had been on the cars two rear bumper foot stands with hand griips the shots would have been blocked. JFK did not want them there because he wanted himself and Jackie to be seen. Strange these bumper stands were never brought up or revealed in the hundreds and hundreds of footage and photos I saw about the assasination. The bumper stands that were not there are there. Emory Roberts rode shotgun in the back up car head of the Secret Service Detail that day at Dealey Plaza. When the President got shot, Emory Roberts was in charge thereafter. The key to JFK winning the election was not the mob but Lyndon Johnson himself. They won Texas and since he campaigned heavily in the swing states he secured key victories by very narrow margins, you're citing numbers of the popular vote but in the US you don't need that to be declared President as long as he wins the Electoral College (alloted votes that varies with congressional representation).

James Hostie is a man of very great interest & I'm completely surprised that he was never questioned thoroughly by competent interrogators! He was the interface between the FBI & Oswald. He had bailed Oswald out of trouble when he was arrested after the fight with the Cubans in New Orleans. Naturally, Oswald thought all he had to do in Dallas was contact Hostie & once again he would be released. NOT SO! Nobody ever asked what happened to the package Oswald carried from Frazier's car. When you consider that Oswald was carrying a notebook with the rego number of Hostie's car & his direct phone number, is it possible that Oswald deposited this package in James Hostie's car & then rang him telling him the package had been "delivered." Naturally, Oswald did NOT know that by so doing he was setting himself up to be the patsy in the JFK murder! Hostie KNOWS much more than he has EVER SAID!

Oliver Stone did more than just make a movie for entertainment value and he did much careful research including talking to Garrison himself. All you have to do is watch the statement that Garrison made on TV and you'll understand where Kevin Costner's portrayal in the courtroom during Clay's trial. For sure he opened the eyes to those who had little or no prior knowledge of the event. I'm definitely here because of the movie and all the studying I've done on the subject so this hearing is interesting to watch. Ergo, his description went out. Johnny Brewer heard this description broadcast and noted it sounded like the man who was trying to skulk in his shop doorway and hide his face when cruisers went past answering an "officer down" call. When Brewer called in to the police after the man ducked into the theater it was realized this suspect was a good match for the man seen shooting Tippit and fleeing. Nothing shifty or sinister about any of it.
You didn't mention the minor detail that Oswald tried to shoot the first officer to approach him in the theater. but of course it's more likely every cop and witness in the place was lying while Oswald was an innocent man who didn't do anything, etc., etc.

Brennan looked up from his street level location and saw a man looking out of the sixth floor window waiting for the presidents parade route and determined the man to be an assassin. Despite admitting he only saw the man from his belt up, Brennan determined the suspect was 165 pounds, 5'10" and in his early thirties. How did Brennan know he was the assassin? because the man stood close to the window WHILE HOLDING HIS GUN. Of course - Case Closed! Brennan said he could identify the man if he ever saw him again, which he failed to do in a police line up. Even after Dallas Police made sure Brennan saw Oswalds photo on TV. Only after Oswald was dead and buried did Brennan say it was Oswald for sure.
A large portion of witnesses and police ran to the picket fence where shots were said to have been fired. 90 seconds after the assassination Officer Baker saw Oswald on the second floor of the TSBD calmly drinking a coke. He wasn't sweating, nervous or out of breath. but, it was Howard Brennan's testimony that seemed to investigators to be the most reliable even over their own officer's word.
No witnesses picked Oswald out of a line up as the man who killed Officer Tippit. Some went so far as to say Oswald wasn't the man. Bullet shells picked up off the street of Tippits murder by investigators had extraction marks on them consistant with being fired from a semi-automatic. Oswald carried a revolver. The investigator at the scene scatched his initials on the shells to mark the chain of evidence. Those shells went missing and were never seen again.
Johnny Brewer in his testimony never mentioned hearing of Oswalds description. He saw a man about 5'9", 150 pounds enter the Texas theater without buying a ticket and Brewer - who did not work at the theater - entered the theater and began searching for this man. He alerted the ticket sales person, Mrs. Postal and usher Butch and asked if they had seen this man. They had not. They searched the theater and could not find him. Mrs Postal then called the police. Cops and detectives swarmed the theater. Oswald didn't pull out his revolver until after the scuffle with police began. Maybe he saw a policeman going for his gun. Maybe he was going to commit suicide, who knows... but to just say Oswald tried to shoot a cop is a stretch. As the fighting ensued Brewer claimed one of the officers said "Kill a President, will you." At that point, what an odd thing to say. They didn't even know Oswalds name yet or that he worked at the TSBD. How did they make that connection - Brennan?

Stone is no expert on the assassination. He knows no more than most people who have followed this case for decades. Here are my facts:
Oswald was the lone assassin. I have been to that window. I walked that street. It was an easy hit. No second gunman was involved. The first shot that hit Kennedy in the neck, was done from behind. It was so close from where Oswald was, that someone with a BB gun could have done it. Anyone from the picket fence was out of range. The fatal shot was a bit further away, but still a close and clear shot. There could not have been a second gunman from behind the picket fence, because there was no getaway. That area was surrounded by railroad tracks except for two small roads that would have led to the Texas School Book Depository building. That area was sealed off because of the motorcade. After shots were fired, well, no one was getting out. No one fired from a sewer and the driver certainly did not do it. Come on! Oswald did it. The Warren Commission got it right.

There was also a young soldier who was shipping out to Alaska in : days. He was by the bridge. When he went to step over the bar and approach the bridge by the picket fence area.. he was stopped by a man with a black hat, and black suit who basically told him
“ You’re not coming over here!” He then walked to his left along the picket fence and the man again abruptly approached him and said,
“ I told you to get out of her!”
Then there was the deaf mute man who stopped his car and saw the man with a black hat and suit on , come over the fence, with a rifle type gun in his hand, hand it to another man that was in a police officers outfit but no hat, walk behind a large bin type object, disassemble the gun, but the gun in a suitcase toy case, and slowly walk off!
He was also able to show how the man in the suit walked off. Very slow and confident like nothing had happened.
Remember he can’t hear! It wasn’t until a few moments went by and the commotion set in that he then realized something had happened to the POTUS!
There is also testimony in interviews by doctors and nurses , medical examiner, ambulance driver who was used to transport the presidents body. and the funeral home who sold the casket, drs were from Parkland hospital, all said that there was a gapping, very large hole, ( huge) in the back of the Presidents head. That could only have been caused by the missile type object( bullet) exiting the back of the Presidents head ! Which meant the President was hit from the front, where there was a hole that was an entry wound.
There are now photos and video finally released that show exactly what everyone has testified to that, was conveniently left out of the Warren report . Even after these people were asked to be interviewed for that very reason!!!
Doctors from Parkland were shocked when they were able to review autopsy reports , and photos because they totally contradicted what they saw and were never called or asked any questions. ( that’s absurd) Who were the ones to work on the President!
There’s so much more but carry on with your personal walk through that means absolutely nothing compared to eyewitnesses and doctors who were there that day and actually worked on the President , governor and assisted the First Lady at Parkland!

If the Secret Service had been on the cars two rear bumper foot stands with hand griips the shots would have been blocked. JFK did not want them there because he wanted himself and Jackie to be seen. It was always said that the rear bumper foot stands were not in the right place to protect the President anyway. This video clearly shows where the rear bumper foot stands were and would have protected the President.
Also, it was always very obtuse about how Clint Hill got onto the back of the car with Jackie. Earlier windows of the footage show him riding on the side of the back up car. Somehow he managed to run up and jump on JFK's car stepping onto the bumper footstand and leaping onto the back of the car. Many accounts had him somehow walking along. So many strange stories.
Strange these bumper stands were never brought up or revealed in the hundreds and hundreds of footage and photos I saw about the assasination. The bumper stands that were not there are there. Very mysterious. The hand rail to hang on is clearly visible on the right side of the car. More disproven conspiracy stories. It just goes on and on.
Emory Roberts rode shotgun in the back up car head of the Secret Service Detail that day at Dealey Plaza. When the President got shot, Emory Roberts was in charge thereafter. Nobody ever talks about that. He took charge of everything, and immediately got Johnson onto Air Force One to leave Dallas and be sworn in going to Washington or if necessary a safe place to protect him. Emory was my neighbor in Wheaton, Md. on Holdridge Rd.

In the early morning it was scheduled to rain in Dallas and the Secret Service was setting up to install the canopy on the car. The forecast changed and the President wanted to be seen by the crowds, and besides the President did not want ir put on. So it was not put on.
So as to not make JFK negligent in his death, it was bandied about that there were no foot stands on the rear of the car for Secret Service to ride on. Clearly you can see two foot stands on the rear bumper of the car with handrails to hang on. Clint Hills is stepping on one to get onto the back of the car to be with Jackie. The key to JFK winning the election was not the mob but Lyndon Johnson himself. Why did the professor apparently make such a gross error?
Oswald of course only says he is a patsy in relation to being hassled by cops for having lived in Russia, in fact he never attempted to blow any conspiracy sacrificing him to anybody. Asked at the press conference "Did you shoot the President?" he just shrugs a hollow, rambling reply that all but dodges the question.
