I agree! I like my 7300!
The band plan chart will be a great help. I plan to get my chart enlarged.
I have made a few contacts on cw and 10m fM 29.620/520 has been great at my qth lately! I logged Spain on my 15m Shark hamstick recently. They work great on the truck!
I went to a local hamfest today and scored a few ARRL antenna book and a low band DX antenna manual by ON4UN. Pickup one at a hamfest if you get the chance. Very good lowband DX antenna reference book!
