Sir I needed your advice about my mental approach on my game So I think that anticipation and pre planning is crucial in a football match but I get confused about my instincts when to use it or to use it or not because if I anticipate opponent's movement and pre plan my game everything is easier but whenever I am in a open 1v1 situation pre planning doesn't feels as effective but I know that it had helped me and makes everything easier but then in open 1v1's it doesn't quite really confirm that I am going to beat the guy but then if I just rely on my instincts on that moment whitout even playing the game and just by thinking it in my mind everything gets a lot easier but I cannot rely on my instincts all the time in the game I need anticipation and pre planning so I was confused but now I came up with this idea that I use my anticipation and pre planning to get myself in the best position possible and then when its an opportunity to dribble then I shift for my instincts so using my anticipation and pre planning to get myself in the best position and to be effective with movements on the ball and off the ball but when it comes to dribbling I instantly go to my instincts. Sir I hope you will read this and help me out.Thank You
I think the biggest problem with this is that players tend to over dribble or hold the ball too long in general. Instead If you release (pass) for the most part, when the time comes to dribble, you will easily be able to dribble.
8:18 😂can’t guarantee that I’ll be able to coordinate times to meet up with friends, though I suppose the people at my pitch are friendly enough to practice with.
i got a patella fracture last week and cant play for 3-4 months, and tryouts are november 20 something and first game is early december 13 i was going to be on the jva as a year 11,i really wanted to play for var but how do i convince him to put me in var since i wasnt that great,i was only good when he didnt watch, also if i come back around febuary i will be benched on both teams but how do i change his mind on him putting me on the varsity side?
@@footballfundamental i can play in january or febuary i meant to add that, thats when i can start playing but by then they would of already played some games and done tryouts since november i want to convince him to put me in when i come back thats what im saying
@@OfficialVontify you already answered the big question. You said you weren't good enough. It's going to be nearly impossible because you can't practice and are going to have a massive fitness issue coming back in. Just get healthy and focus on the future not the short term.
You can only convince someone with how strong you can come back from an injury. So keep working hard to come back stronger and better than ever. Words usually means nothing to coaches only actions
Is it possible to sign a s contract by going to a college near a mls club signing for their youth academy and become pro after a year because you either have to do 4 years of college and do the mls super draft or be a homegrown player which requires you to be in the academy for at least 1 year
Do you COMPLICATE your Dribbling? 👇👇
Honestly I always over think it unless I’m tired
@@ChimiNwosu sometimes me too! But whenever I am simpler, its more effective

To be honest, it's only body feints that works for me I honestly don't know why
@@PhoizxlOkotie-gg6yx I personally consider body feint is simple dribbling which is excellent

Unfortunately you should not risk playing early, it will make things worst rather than better

It is possible but It’s hard. Giving yourself a timeframe will put so much pressure on you!
When I run with the ball my eyes are on the ball or on the field and competitors can you tell me please
Little bit of both
Sir how can i improve my football skills i wanna be a striker
Check out my striker playlist!
Everyone is talking about instinct
It is huge when it comes to dribbling
Free flow dribbling will improve instinct
It will improve instincts but not anticipation and in my opinion, they go hand in hand
