For sure! Check out my video titled "The BEST Way to Get in Shape for Soccer" It has a full fitness session which is mostly on the ball! It's great for building stamina but it'll also get you high-quality touches on the ball😁👍🏻
Hello, I am new to this channel and I have a goal. I would like to ask you to coach me for free. I know this might be too much to ask for. I am 13 years old and I would like to be coached. If it requires me to work more than I can then I will do so. I have a goal to achieve soon and I must be prepared. Can we please find a day this week or sooner to talk quickly? I know this is too much to ask for but I would greatly appreciate it.
I’d recommend doing them at least 4 days a week. It doesn’t even have to be anything crazy too. Just take 10-15 minutes and do them at the start or end of training! Just make sure you’re all warmed up beforehand so you don’t get injured😁👍🏼
Not sure if I fully understand the question. Just one day of soccer training a week? And then the rest you just work out? If so, you need more time on the ball! 6 days of soccer training/games a week plus additional workouts for fitness and strength training. I hope this helps😁🫶🏼
Absolutely! Make sure you're doing high-quality training or playing, 6 days a week for at least 1 hour! You're still very young so you can definitely do it you'll just have to work hard at it and be consistent!
You mean kicking it off the trampoline and receiving it? I've never done it or tried it but yeah, I think it could help with your first touch! Just jumping on it though won't really help with your soccer ability. I hope this helps😁🫶🏻
@KreiderAcademy Ty for replying but what I meant was like kicking my football in the trampoline to practice keep ups and kicking it rly high then controlling it and continuing to do keep ups in my trampoline
@ yeah give it a shot! Sorry I don’t have experience combining footy and a trampoline so I can’t say for sure. Just make sure you balance it with dribbling work, passing, first touch, etc. on the ground too! Let me know how it works for you😁👍🏼
It's definitely the easiest shooting on a proper goal but watch the clip at 4:13. Notice how I'm shooting without a goal? I have a couple of shoes marking the goal. It's nice that there is a fence, so I don't have to chase balls but make the most of what you have! Now you do need space. If you have no field at all, or even a garden space then it's hard to work on shooting. At that point I recommend working on dribbling, first touch, and passing as much as possible. Then when you DO have access to a field/goal take advantage of it. Use that time to only work on things that you need space for like shooting, crossing, long pings, etc. I hope this helps😁🫶🏻
U know a wall is much better than a goal if you're training alone, just find one roughly 7m wide and 2.5 m tall and shoot at it, i say wall cuz it will rebound back to you so u dont have to waste time retrieving the ball. Use bags, cones , rocks for post and either chalk or ur head(imagination) to mimick the height.
What? Are you asking me to make a video on that topic? The Football Folk already has an excellent video on that topic if you want to check it out! I’m no, I won’t steal people’s content. They already put a lot of time and effort into it! Like I said if you want to learn about the micro bounce then watch his video! Thanks for the suggestion though😁🫶🏼
If you look at a pro pass the ball and amateur player you will notice the pros have much more stronger legs. That comes from years of ball work.
Yep! And their technique is much sharper, meaning they make better contact with the ball too allowing the ball to travel quicker😁👍🏼
@@KreiderAcademy The technique is sharper because of years of reputation reputation. Put the work in you grow stronger sharper quicker.
Hi! Loving the content! Could you please to a video especially for strikers focusing on movement in the box and scoring more goals? Thanks!
i need this too
Crazy thing is I just finished the script for my next video and I cover this topic in it! It’ll be out in a couple of weeks so stay tuned👀👀
@@KreiderAcademy Looking forward to it!

How many days per week should I train my plyometrics?
I’d recommend doing them at least 4 days a week. It doesn’t even have to be anything crazy too. Just take 10-15 minutes and do them at the start or end of training! Just make sure you’re all warmed up beforehand so you don’t get injured😁👍🏼
hey man i couldnt find the comments for the juggling vid but I got 50+ juggles now 👍
