I’ve been in such a stressful state in my mind for a few days now that has come to a boiling point. When doing this meditation I still had my worries but I faced them and let them drift off just like the meditation said to do and my problems FINALLY felt manageable and like they wouldn’t consume me 😭😭 thank you for this video you’re saving more lives than you know.

This was my first time meditating and lately I been taking therapy and my therapist truly recommended me to meditate. It was an interesting experience. At first I said damn 15 minutes? Idk if ima be able to make it. Something about having my eyes closed when im awake, has always terrified me idk why. And at first it was going great and in the middle of it i began to panic and I Wanted to open my eyes but I said no i cant give up I need to Believe in myself. And it was crazy i was about to cry and i was Getting anxiety but then I tried to focus on my breathing and i managed to control myself. I didnt think I was capable of it but I did it!!! I love this video so much I'm glad I got to experience it with you!!

Thank you for these no muisic znd minimal instructions guided meditations. Loving all of them
This afternoon I was involved in doing something stressful and noticed that I was developing fatigue and anxiety; so I turned on this meditation
and followed, or tried to follow, each spoken comment and remain focused during silent intervals, and when it came to let the mind go where it will
I observed that my mind wanted to find a more relaxed sitting posture which I then found and observed. This meditation was successful in relieving
most of the fatigue and anxiety. I'm now going to click on your app. for more resources and practices...Salut et a la prochaine!

To become detached from our thoughts and feelings just let the minds thought and feelings just stop reacting to the thought by telling ourselves to observe it and not telling ourselves ( and others) a story about it! Let go of the thought and feeling gently as you might just observe a wispy cloud disappears into a blue sky.
