Sadly, in their infinite wisdom and quest to make Photoshop less and less usable, Adobe has decided that nobody wants to use everyday objects like location icons, speech bubbles and so on in Photoshop CC, so they've relegated them to "Legacy Shapes" - presumably because they're going to ditch them completely before long. The location icon is already missing in the latest CC version.

If your Photoshop version doesn't provide it, feel free to download a PNG from the internet and just use that instead.
