You can't go wrong with Eddie Money, just a fun-loving no frills rock and roller! I saw him in concert a few years before he passed, always a fun show. Eddie was a great guy and he was great at what he did!
Eddie Money is a great musician but somehow is overlooked, underrated and passed-over. But most people can sing word for word his songs not even knowing who he is... Check out. Take Me Home Tonight, Walk On Water, Think I'm In Love, Two Tickets To Paradise, Baby Hold On. And so many more.
Yelp and Give Me Some Water and also youns love sax Eddie has another great song called Don't Worry he sings and plays the sax youns need to listen and watch the video its great enjoy watching youns keep on grooving!
Sort of like Lionel Richie. Formerly of The Commodores. If you know anything about him, he has won like every music award you can get, twice. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lionel_Richie_discography
GREAT Eddie Money song!!!!! Fun Fact: Eddie started out an a NYC Police trainee but quit partly because he couldn’t have his hair long; the rest is history 🗽🗽🗽
Other Eddie Money gems: "Baby Hold On" "Everybody Rock and Roll the Place" "Gimme Some Water" "Nobody"--with some incredible sax work; "Can't Keep a Good Man Down"
That's actress/model/singer Patty Kotero in the car with Eddie. She would later be cast in the Prince film "Purple Rain" (at the last minute, after Vanity pulled out) and be renamed Apollonia by him, the name she's since been known by.
I purposely scrolled through the comments to see if anyone pointed this trivia fact out. Why? No use in me putting out info already addressed. So grateful you knew and shared.
Fun fact. I pulled up next to Eddie in his convertible back in the 80's at a stoplight. Rastaman in the passenger seat was twisting one up. I was looking down from my truck and kind of took them by surprise. I'll never forget how cool and casually Eddie shrugged it off.
One of my favorite Eddie Money songs! Great reaction guys. Check out 'I Think I'm In Love', "Baby Hold On' and my favorite all time EM song , 'I Wanna Go Back'.
Eddie was kinda awkward but damn, he was so cute and could really belt it out. I think you guys should dive into his first album. You could pick any song on the album and not go wrong. As a retired person on a fixed income, I can't afford to give money but I wish I could just to get you to try something from his first album other than the singles. Good reaction, here.
All right my babies.... Eddie Money was my very first concert right after high school. Another gem pulled from the '80s treasure chest ‼️ Even his material from the '70s is timeless‼️🔥😁👍🏼
Good groove from Eddie money also known as Eddie Mahoney. I think the only one that's left that you have not done is two tickets to Paradise which might be his biggest hit.
Wow, it's been a minute since you've done an Eddie Money song! (Actually, it was last December. ;) ) You've got some great ones still to do - "Baby Hold On", "Maybe I'm a Fool", "Think I'm In Love", "I Wanna Go Back", "Endless Nights", and "Walk On Water" are all great choices. RIP Eddie Money (1949-2019).
If you like this song, there’s another one called “Think I’m in Love” off this same album that hits just as hard but is faster. It’s my favorite on the album and has a nice guitar solo in it.
Eddie Money was great, and you knew Summer was coming because for years he was always the first act at Pine Knob music theater just north of Detroit, always put on a helluva show…

Eddie Money one of the nicest guys ever! RIP EDDIE. After a concert he was outside smoking a cig by himself we went up to him started talking and asked for his autograph. He signed out stuff and continued talking to us until he was done smoking. We thanked him for coming into town and rocking the house. He said he had a blast and needed a drink then took off. Best night ever.

Kim his first album was massively successful here in the States. It was released in 1977 and it had no name, it was what they call "self titled". Every single song on that album is sensational.
I live about an hour north of LA and as you can imagine we have a lot of musicians who live locally. About 4 years ago my girl and I went to see REO Speedwagon at a local venue and they had some guest appearances. One of the guests was Eddie Money. Unfortunately he looked to be in VERY poor health. I think he passed away a few months later. Still sounded good but he could barely walk or stand. It was sad to see but at least he was still out there working.
Just went to see Brian Wilson / Chicago yesterday, Mr. Wilson came out in a Walker with 2 helpers, sat at the piano, talked a little then got right into it.
Speaking’ of Shakin’ - you gotta listen to Leon Russell live playing "Jumpin Jack Flash" with George Harrison, Clapton, Ringo Starr!!!. Dripping with pure soul. This is the kind of music you LOVE!!! It's from the concert for Bangladesh - first major rock benefit in 1971. The entire video is on the other site that posts videos. Leon at 55:30 minutes in

Eddie Mahoney went from New York City cop to rock star. Hell of a performer!!👍👍
Eddie wrote this song with his bass player, Ralph Carter, and with Elizabeth Myers, a composer who usually worked on commercials
Perfect marriage of an amazing song and a terrific video. This is a perfect example of why the early days of MTV were so great.
