This is my Snowpeak p35 exactly. Now I can see where my leak is coming from. Changed all the seals I could find but it was still leaking. From your video I can now see there are another two seals hidden where I couldn't see before. Cheers 👍
Thanx bro. I had leakage problem also. I changed every seal but it was continuously leaking. At last i found out the problem point. You may see a small screw on the plenum ( the portion where air cylinder and regulator body interact. Below that screw there is a small o-rings. And another o-ring I didn't include in that video is inlet valve. When you fill air. Air goes into the cylinder through that valve. You also should check this o-rings

My P35 (same internals as P15) has its side lever hard to operate. When removing all, hammer, spring, and Allen nut, the side lever cycles easily. Looking through the side opening with the rubber cap removed, nothing is making any obstruction, but when pushing the hammer with an Allen wrench, the side lever turns again hard to operate. What can be the difficulty??

Have destroyed all my homemade pcp due to local laws and dont dabble in it anymore but damn I super missed being young and stupid and play with these things. I still enjoy looking at mechanical things tho. Btw i do have some (constructive) criticism for this mechanism, in that the regulator compares pressure of the second reservoir with the main reservoir with the spring. Thus the outgoing pressure will still reduce as the reservoir is depleted. Wonder if one could compare the tank with atmospheric pressure instead, so the outgoing pressure will be more consistent
These kind of regulator are not good. Cheep guns have this type of regulator and not have power plenum too like FX guns. Check out the videos about HUMA Regulator or LANE regulator
If you are asking about regulator pressure? Pressure can not increase in plenum when pressures drops in reservoir. For example if regulator is adjusted to make 120 Bar pressure in plenum and pressure drops below the regulator adjustment in reservoir i.e 90 bar . Regulator can not make 120 Bar pressure in plenum. I got a couple of questions. How does it maintain the pressure inside, is it possible to make the pressure more dense, compress the air? If there was a way to compress more air and a gun that could shoot it out without bursting wouldn't that create worlds most powerful gun and what would be the requirements for it to work? When hammer strikes the outlet valve it opens suddenly and closes suddenly. Small amount of air pressure pushes the pellet
Regulator keeps the air pressure constant in plenum. There is no chance of busting of any thing used in PCP techniques because all law of PCP physics are kept in view while making equipments
Yes 120 Bar is standard pressure setting. If you increase regulator pressure by rotating adjustment screw anti clock wise you well get more velocity of pellet.
Wire diameter of hammer spring: 1.1 mm Diameter of spring : 9 mm Valve wire dia: 1.1 mm Spring dia : 1 cm right side, 8 mm left side. It's one side is greater than other as you can see in video

I can not understand your question. Are asking about its pressure.? The capacity of the cylinder of this gun is 300 Bar pressure. But if you fill it @ 300 Bar pressure the pellet will be fired at low velocity. Regulator may deviate slightly. If regulator is adjusted at 120. At 300 pressure it will fill 90-100 Bar pressure in plenum. And outlet valve also will close rapidly

Regulator adjustment screw (full tight and 2.5 turns anticlockwise makes 120 bar pressure and 3 turns makes 130 bar) and hammer spring adjustable screw. If you tight it, hammer will hit more forcefully and FPS will increase.

Very nice video. U mention 120 bar wp. 120 bar was the standart factory setting for the regulator?
Yes 120 Bar is standard pressure setting. If you increase regulator pressure by rotating adjustment screw anti clock wise you well get more velocity of pellet.
But as a result you will lost accuracy. Because every pellet will not fire @ same Velocity.
120 bar adjustment is best for 5.5 mm caliber p15
