I am 29 and can’t finish this workout! I was bedridden for several years and lost a LOT of muscle. Now I’m alive, and determined to win my strength back!
Don't lose hope and give up on yourself... Jane Fonda's videos revived me after two knew replacements. It took over about a year yet, I lost the inches and pounds I was blessed to set as a goal. Then last year, I contracted walking pneumonia, and was in a car accident, went through 4-month physical therapy, and now I'm able to do this workout again, 3x's week. The stretching cool down at the end at whatever point you stop is the most important to learn to let your muscles relax/breathe. This is the major "Key."... Keep coming back to this. Background music is soothing and the encouragement is gentle - no shouting. It’s great for those days when I don’t feel like exercising as it eases you in at the beginning and by the end you feel good.

I received your huge book with a lot of beautiful photos from France (in Hungary it didn’t exist at that time) and I did everything as you had suggested. But after 5 years I started my family life and I forgot about your way. I swam a lot, I did yoga etc etc. Some weeks ago you came to my mind (your wonderful aerobic exercises too) and I became very excited when I realised that you have some videos here. This is the best for me, it helps to wake the fire up in me. Wonderful. I wish you all good health, strength, enthusiasm for life, harmony and a lot of happy moments.

I began Jane’s workouts in 1984 and continued for years. My knees are not having that anymore. Lucky me, I find Jane again. These are perfect and I can do them everyday! She’s the best and such an inspiration!
At 65 years young, I love this workout! I did the Level 1 for several months before I moved on to this one. I make sure to do it 3-4 times per week, it's amazing! Highly recommend.
I have been doing this EVERYDAY for at least six weeks now and my back pain is almost non-existent. I also do back strengthening exercises at least three times a week as well. I'm off of pain meds and take less acetaminophen. I lost a few more pounds and find that maintaining my weight is easy now. I will be 70 in two weeks.
I used to be obsessed with aerobics in the 80s. I was in great shape until 2017 when i got stage4 cancer. It lead to so many different ailments. Shingles 75 % nerve damage to broken femur in the same leg due to a incident during surgery and the being diagnosed with lymphedema in the same leg. I spent two months in rehab learning to walk again. Im still using a rollader and i want to get rid of it. I started pilates reformer in April of 2024. Its helped tremendously with my core. I started walking home from pilates. First it took me an hour and a half and now 55 minutes. Unfortunately i had to put pilates on hold because i cant walk on snow or ice. Im going to be locked inside for three months and i need to atleast walk. I remembered the Jane Fonda workout. I'm just finished doing the level one and im amazed i can balance. Im going to try to do it everyday. Im also tracking my steps and hope to hit ten thousand atleast. Great workout everyone! 😊

I am 50 years old was an avid jogger for years until I hurt my knee real bad I love this work out. I do it 3 days a week and my knee feels pretty good now.
I am 40 and this is the first workout I can enjoy doing 3 to 4 times a week and stick with it. Been doing level 2 for almost a year and loving it. Thanks Jane!
im 54 and i so remember doing your videos back in my teens lol. i have nerve damage in my ankles though now after having chronic ulcers in my ankles and lower legs, both of them. im trying these workouts for first time ,moving up from lvl 1 to this lvl,...only issue im having is the heel digs & side lunges so i just walk in spot [unless i can do something else with same effect?] im really enjoying doing this so thankyou Jane for [still] helping us , im looking forward to getting rid of all the lumpy fat at front of my thighs soon :)
Im 56 and I've been doing Jane Fonda workouts since her Step video came out. Always so much fun, and Jane is the best at cueing the next move! I had a Killer bod at 25 thanks to her, and working hard to restore and maintain through my later years. She has always been part of the fabric of my fitness goals, and my life.
Absolutely love this - and apart from walking, I hate exercise normally - mostly find it tedious. But Jane is such a pro - and is encouraging, without being patronising. In these times, I do my 8000 steps in the morning and try and do Jane at least 4 times a week, late afternoon. Invigorating and my aches and pains are definitely lessening with her important stretching after the routine. Wonderful. Thank you Jane!

73 and FEELING fit and healthy. Started yesterday on level one, today level 2! Great workout! After losing 45 kg in the past two years, just in time before Covid-19 hit us. I now dare to follow miss Fonda’s workout at this stage in my life, something I wouldn’t have thought possible when I was younger. But as the saying goes: you’re never too old to learn! Thanks Jane, you are an amazing motivator for ‘girls’ of all ages!
I do Jane 3x a week at minimum and have such an admiration for her. She's helping us stay fit and healthy.....I consider that quite a gift. I don't like the intrusive ads......breaks my flow!!

Absolutely love it, no need to go to an exercise class after work because I feel this video is much more fun, beneficial and fits in with our busy lives these days. Imagine how happy I am finding these videos today. I am crying I am so happy. I have a lot of different videos of different instructors and NOT ONE inspires me more than she does.
Just the perfect exercise for me !! I hate pounding the streets. I had to give it a break while I was getting used to my lymphatic drainage exercises over the past few months, but am back again. Cancer treatment nearly done, and despite Oncologist's scepticism, have kept up JF most of the 12 months of chemo, radiation and herceptin.
Im 42 and have been doing Jane Fonda workouts during lock-down...I have seen a huge difference in myself and body... I have lost weight and am toning up... now i dont feel guilty if i wanna eat a burger and chips in the week lol. I wont ever use another keep fit dvd only JF xxx

This workout has been a lifesaver, after spraining both ankles 5 months ago, everything was so stiff that I could hardly move. This workout brought me back to life and I do it everyday now. Walking Cardio Workout made me realize that I was in such bad shape that I needed to turn my life around and start moving. Jane you are my hero!

This workout help me to recover from COVID. It increased my oxygen level and made me feel better.

I am pleasantly surprised about this walkout. I got a good burn and was sweating a little at the end. Now I will search for more of her workouts!
This workout has been a lifesaver, after spraining both ankles 5 months ago, everything was so stiff that I could hardly move. This workout brought me back to life and I do it everyday now. Walking Cardio Workout made me realize that I was in such bad shape that I needed to turn my life around and start moving. Jane you are my hero!
