- Honda's CBR 650F is the only option in the market if you're looking for a fully-faired four-cylinder motorcycle in the Rs sub-eight lakh segment. Honda gave it a facelift some time back including design and mechanical changes. What impact do these changes have on the motorcycle is what Arpit Mahendra recently found out.

The 2014 was this bikes first model, and my first, and only bike so far. Its great for people like me with dirt bike/scooter/manual transmission experience, and knew id grow out od a smaller bike very quickly. Its learning curve isnt to steep and the throttle is very forgiving, compared to other inline 4 cyclinders. But still has enough acceleration and braking power to be safe and enjoyable. Shes never let me down in the 3 1/2 years ive had her.
I have a 2016 CBR650F and I commute 70 miles each way to work. So far I have put 10,000 miles and there is nothing negative to say about it. As a matter of fact I am getting another motorcycle but I decide to keep this bike because for the price and quality it is the best bike around . At least for me......
It definitely ranks high in terms of riding comfort and hence makes for a brilliant touring machine too
Honda is famous for quality,reliability and durability..
Funny how people compare it to everything else. This is a faired sports tourer, with an inline 4 engine. If you want a sports tourer, buy it. For everything else, there are other options.
lonewolf9987 They compared it to the suzuki gsx s750. They think the extra top speed is everything. They dont know that a naked bike have very strong wind and riders can barely last 10minutes going 200km/h+ riding a gsx s750. I prefer the cbr650f for the great engine, also the cheap maintanance and the fairing. Its a better choice

I'm 5 ft 8 inches. The seat is quite wide and I don't think you'll have any issues with the riding position at your height. Do try it out once during a test ride.
what about the vibes compared to which the earlier version had??
Pramod_vogue There are a bit of vibrations that creep through the foot pegs and handlebars beyond 8,000 rpm or so. Cruising though is smooth and effortless.

Everyone's a learner some or the other time. It's the first step you need to take in order to become an expert :-) ABS id dual-channel in the CBR 650F so both wheels have it.
“It has the same engine like the older one but has some changes” I don’t know what he tries to say here but I’m assuming that he means that the engine has some tweaks.

HAL 9000 , so no answer yet? And poor spelling to add. I am sure you are a kid who reads up about motorcycles and comes and acts like an expert on the internet. You do not know anything beyond news. I ride an inline 4. The reason I chose the inline 4 is because of the sound and the smooth power delivery. A V-Twin has its own advantages and character which is why some people choose that. At the end of the day however if it is about a comfortable and fulfilling ride, the type of engine does not make a difference. That is why I called the focus on cylinders nitpicking.

At its price the GX S750 is surely a better buy although it's a bit different being a naked and the Honda being a fully-faired one. The sound of the GSX though is brilliant!

This is a shit bike, 650F - F stands for failed product that Honda wants to market and sell to Indians because we become orgasmic hearing 600CC, it's a 600CC of pure Garbage.

i dont just like 2 cylinder in kn650 and a little bit small in size .......when you say sexy 'yes its' agile yes light weight yes cos its 2 cylinder. but teh growl and power isnt there

i didnt mention only power.....majority of the people buying bikes looks out for the sound,power,beauty. at least its not a debate that honda is better in reliability & maintainance. lets add more cylinders to kn650 and see if you will say same thing about weight etc...z800 is good example,do you know the weight of that beast? most of the people reviewing dont use this bike, they just ride it for few kilo and start talking like professionals. i have 4 bikes to myself and my brother use to have that ninja 650 which he sold few months ago for z1000.i do have kn300, cbr650, ducati monster 821 and yamaha. i dont hate kawi but kn650 isnt up to par
