Toney should have stayed at light heavyweight around this time. He had already a victory with the 2nd best light heavyweight in Mike McCallum. I reckon he could have beaten Virgil Hill who was the number one rated light heavyweight champion.
@@Boxinggavinmason Their paths never really crossed, Toney left 160 in 1993, before Hopkins achieved so much & Hopkins stayed at that weight until 2006 & by the time he moved up to 175, Toney couldn't even make the cruiserweight limit..
