19:36 A few things to note about microfiber cloths for facial cleansing: 1) Everything you wipe off is stored in the incredibly dense fibers and ultimately you'll need to do what's called a stripping, which removes everything. 2) They can be rough on people who have extremely sensitive skin, even if they feel soft, and 3) They release microplastics when you wash them. Just wanted to put that out there. There are filters you can put on your washing machine to prevent the microplastics from getting into the water system, but you can't prevent them from going down your sink drain when you wash with them. So there are some down sides. Another thing (which is a bonus) is that they actually remove bacteria from surfaces, which is why they can help with those who have acne...but again, go back to #1 you really need to be sure you're washing them correctly...and no fabric softener in drying.

I really love using Kleenex tissues for removing makeup. The most gentlest thing I've tried. After I put cleansing oil on my face and use them, they still leave my skin hydrated and dewy. Really recommend and super cheap!

My 2 favorites right now are DRMTLGY universal tinted moisturizer and Biossance Squalane + marine algae eye cream. As a clinical scientist I wish there were more products containing marine collagen coming from New Zealand using water as the extraction process to avoid chemicals left in the product.

Hi I'm 73 , my skin looks great .I don't get procedures. I love your channel , These are the thing I have been doing all my life . #1 keep you face out of the sun.#2 use glycolic acid. #3 no soap just good cleanser and moisturizer. Love hearing all of your recommendations. I use retinol sporadically and also like to switch brands a lot just for interest.

My morning cleanser is revlon or CeraVe, timeless vitC, moisturizer Elf and the Rossay. Avene does not sit well on my face and I like very much Tula. Sunscreen Tula is my fav but I am finishing SuperGoop Unseen. Elf has a good balm for makeup remover and is affordable. I just received the patches so let how that goes. Night time neutrogena or Elf or Tula. Serums-Tula works very good.

Is would love to hear your recommendations for skincare for us women in our 60’s. I use tretinoin at night but would love to hear your recommendations of what else to use with it! I love your videos and trust your advice!
I'm 40 yrs old and I started using collagen peptide powder (1 scoop per coffee). I also been requesting samples for various skin care products . I Google free skincare samples. It's so overwhelming to pick which one. I recommend picking a day cream with spf or a strong sunscreen for daytime. For night time a retinol cream or serum. I am on a skincare budget. I been using olay 24 night cream and neutrogena rapid wrinkle repair. I favor neutrogena products. Choosing a skincare product depends on your skin, price, availability. I purposely use products that are at CVS pharmacy so I can use my monthly coupons on. Some skincare products are only on the internet.
I do recommend the videos by Dr Dray for this.
She has a ton of videos on anti-aging (aka “older skincare”) products and routines…

Mollie Evans: "older skincare" sounded like you were looking for skincare that has stood the test of time for decades like Ponds Cold Cream (the original makeup remover that all grandmas used), and there is an unscented version now. For you I recommend: Skin Renewing Nightly Exfoliating Treatment - CeraVe, also recommended by Dr Dray in her all time favorites of 2022 (dermatologist with youtube channel).

So many products would be nice to just have a daily use product line and a weekly routine. For me, I always jump around and have too many products lying around. At the moment, I am trying just to stick to 1 brand, and it's hard, but I think I see better results in my 55-year-old skin doing this.

I love the wrist bands. I got them this year too. I tried the peace out wrinkles bc of you. I like them but you have to keep using them & they aren't cheap . Is this something to use in between Botox to hold off the Botox a little longer?

Do you have a favorite for sunspots? I’ve been using the Agency Tretinoin and dark spot formula for 11 months. I use Elta MD SPF46 every day, but I swear my dark spots have worsened despite the fact it should have made it better. Any advice would be soooooo appreciated!!! Carrie- have you tried the Good Molecules color corrector?? It is inexpensive and I have seen results from it. Due to its low price point, it may be worth trying a bottle.❤

Love your teaching style while demoing!! What about lips? My lips get really dry and cracked. What are your favorite products to treat this condition - and keep the lips moisturized? F Greenfield: Nothing is better than Aquaphor for Lips. Second would be petrolatum aka brand name product would be Vasiline.
While doing your skincare routine, how long should you wait in-between doing steps? Example: (1)vit c serum, (2)hyaluronic acid serum, (3) moisturizer
I use Vanicream Cleanser as hand wash. I figure it's pH balanced - it doesn't dry my skin like other cleansers.
Those reusable cloths work really well with micellar water :)
Can you put the Avene RetrinAl on in the morning and top it with the Peter Thomas Roth C moisturizer?

I need to try out the Tula and the cleansers. But one thing to note, bakuchiol is no where near Avene's Retrinal which is retinaldehyde. Retinaldehyde is one step below tretinoin.

Hi doctor, I like to seek your advice about the combination of this formula to lighter melasma and dark spots. I find it darkens the face skin further. I like a second opinion before I stop using it. The formula was prescribed by a dermatologist to be used during wintertime. : acid glycolic 14%, Acid salicylic 14%, acid mandelic 14%, and acid lactic 14% in a 100ml tube. Your feedback is greatly appreciated.
I have very dry skin all year round and I’m constantly dry, meaning my face, body everything. What do u recommend for face hydrating? for very dry skin and for aging. I’m 47? Also for dark spots. I’ve been using peace out serum but I don’t see a major difference definitely better though.
Does the LRP gel moisturizer pill? The cream pills on me like crazy no matter what I have on underneath.
