    Ingredients:
    •Beef keema (mince) 1kg
    •Karelay (bitter gourd) 1kg, cut into slices, deseed, and sprinkle 1tbsp salt
    •Onions 700 to 800g
    •Garlic cloves 5-6
    •Ginger chopped 1tbsp
    •Tomatoes 500g
    •Yoghurt 1/2 cup
    •Oil 1cup
    •Salt 2tsp or to taste
    •Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
    •Red chilli powder to taste
    •Black pepper 1/2tsp
    •Cinnamon stick 2"
    •Black cardamom 2
    •Cloves 1/2tsp
    •Crushed cumin seeds 1tbsp
    •Coriander powder 1tbsp
    •Green chopped coriander 2tbsp
    •Lemon juice 1tbsp
    •Sugar 1tsp
