When learning to drive and preparing for a driver's test put a bit of tape at the top of the steering wheel.
This marker will show you when your steering is straight.
This tip is adopted from racing.
Know that the steering wheel rotates 1 1/2 revolutions to the right and left for full steering.

@@duke.eli11 Not a lie at all, of course it’s more driving than steering. I’m very observant and attentive, follow all signs and laws and I perfected parallel parking, k turn, and all that stuff very fast. only 3 hours of driving in my life but i watched at least 100 hours of driving videos beforehand for months

@@pinkrainbowkennelz1640 I wouldn't say I should stay off the road as the longer I do that, the worse my driving skills get since driving required constant practice. Its the reason my handling skills got rusty..I stopped driving for 12 yrs or so. Thank god this problem is solved half a year ago.. I practiced this tip starting a year ago and now I am driving smoothly again for almost a year......I might say commuting to and from work for and hour or two a day is okay...although, I never had thr chance to drive more than 10 hours trip yet.

Can we use this tape on exam day because sometimes when I practice parallel parking I get confused whether I have straightened my wheels or not. I guess this trick might be helpful and want to give a try as I have my test next week. Thank you for these educational videos which are immensely helpful for the beginners . keep up the good work.

Um what's the difference with a peace of tap and the logo on the horn. It's still centered. Ya full turn in each direction.....riiiiiiight.
If you can't find dead straight by just.. remembering..? ..idk if you should be trying to pass the test..
This is a trick used by rally car drivers. For new drivers learning to drive, it's an excellent learning aid. All the best, Cheers Rick
@@smartdrivetest yeah. Rally drivers tires leave the ground.. thats why they need it. Fine tuning the position of the steering wheel is actually important in racing.. thats why they use it. If the average person loses the direction of there wheel traveling at any legal road speed, they shouldn't have a license. People are not traveling at 100+mph down a logging trail, they are on a paved road traveling 30mph.
@@smartdrivetest drivers license requirements are way to lenient and we get absolute idiots on the road because of it.

I don’t know where or what State you’re Allowed to put tape on the steering wheel while your examination ??? But it’s not Massachusetts !!!!
