- I would have never fathomed having days like this when I was younger. I loved to sleep in and was a terrible student. But once I got my career underway, everything started to click. Over the past 3 years, the question of "how do you do it all in a day" is probably what I get asked the most. Balancing a career, family and trying to create on the side is a lot. This is a very real day in my life and 17 tips that can help you better wrap your head around getting more out of every 24 hours that you get.

Great tips! I definitely time block my day too, but it feels more “flexible” because I add in things that are fun/things I want to do. Like workouts, playing piano, etc. It works!

I handle all my work emails first thing in the AM (5:30-6am) and then don’t look at email again until the end of the day.

As both a content creator and a corporate exec, how do you feel about the comment that working so hard at your day job is just working to make someone else's dreams come true - do you agree? Or do you have a different philosophy
I do not agree. To me that is like saying a basketball player working hard is to just help someone else win a championship. It's my career, my stats, my opportunity to lead how I want and when I walk away everything I learned and can do is mine. That make any sense?
