Frome man turns Hurricane Beryl aftermath into $100 phone charging business

Donovan Heath of Frome, Westmoreland, has found opportunity amidst the aftermath of Category 4 Hurricane Beryl, which battered the island Wednesday. Heath has established a business, charging $100 for individuals without electricity to charge their phones.
