With the set of Topaz Stones where they explode four times in a row, you only really need to pay attention to the first and third safe spots. The second safe spots will always be one square next to the first safe spots, and the fourth safe spot will always be diagonally across from the third safe spot. It makes this mechanic way easier both to read and to call out.
I posted on the Xeno clear stating the jumps will eat PF and some dude said "it's no big deal" I swear static players have no idea how hard it is to prog with pug lol.
Do I have to clear asphodelos 1-4 savage before i can do abyssos 5-8 savage? cause after doing abyssos the 8th circle i talked to nemji and it said I unlocked the abyssos savage but it doesnt show in my duty finder.
I need help with P3. I pretty much died like 15 times. I watched the mechs on some videos but some I can’t grasp. I feel I will never get this whole thing finished so I can start playing and do the gathering and whatever else.
@@Sals-Clips best way to tell if you can ignore positionals is if there's no open gap on the back of the boss. If you see an open spot on the back, then positionals do matter. If it's a full ring then it's full TN for you and you can ignore positionals.
@@edgykumaCh Even easier is to see is whether the hitbox circle goes all the way around the enemy's back. If it's a complete circle (like P2S), no positionals. If it's a 3/4 circle, yes positionals (and the missing 1/4 is the part that counts as the "rear").
There's a lalafell npc on the left side of the room with the quest. If you don't see him, you haven't finished the mainline raid quests (there's a few quests to finish after clearing p8). Or it could be you've already picked it up.

Teah very simple way to do it is call out 1st and 3rd safespot. Then do : 1st safespot > CW > 3rd safespot > Diagonal
*Thanks for such an excellent guide. I really love how you paused at some points in order to explain and give us a visual of what to look for. ♥*~
Thank you for always making great, easy to understand guides and taking time to pause and explain the mechanics. 💕
Thank you so much! It was easy to follow along and understand. Also thank you for pausing the video for some of the explanations.
I love how it’s universally “follow the dorito” lol
:D
Anyoen else in the boat of ‘could’ve cleared by now but pf is ass at the jumps’

You do not, Abyssos savage is in the "high end duty" tab of the duty finder.
@@IlyaDalamiq thanks so much .

Raids are not mandatory, especially if you're looking for gathering.
You don't have to finish p3s to do p5s.
Do positionals matter with this boss?
Yes. If you look at the boss hitbox you can see the arrow showing where it's facing is outside the hitbox, so positionals apply.
@@edgykumaCh Thank you. :)
