Oh, the memories! The blocky polygons! The countless references to Crash Bandicoot, Donkey Kong, Ape Escape, The Legend of Zelda and Super Mario 64! Cheezing the Pursuit Races by making Randall fall into a pit! The whole thing brings about the smell of nostalgia, and the taste of a nice, fresh Bag O' Calories!

some of the tracks sound a tad more like music from an itchy and scratchy/ modern bugs bunny, but some of the others are really nice! Oasis and downtown are two of my personal favorites

I have to say, that despite me not liking the game so much anymore, this is still one of the best soundtracks ever made.

@@ultrairrelevantnobody1862 i find it a bit too repetitive since each level is basically the sane. Also, a big thing for me is the absolute lack of difficulty, for example there's ample ooze to reach full in each level, but if you exit then you keep your ooze level but it all comes back. There should've been only just enough ooze to get full so you would have incentive to explore.
I've yet to play the game (It's coming through the mail) so I'll potentially address these points once i finally play it to full completion.
@@ultrairrelevantnobody1862 oh hey, just recognised you from the crash 3 vid. On that topic, I completed the ntsc crash 3 fully with a controller, and my final opinion is that while I can kinda see what you meant with difficulty (i basically kept 2 masks the whole game) i still prefer it to pal since it's more rewarding overall. The n sane trilogy made more effort to balance it out by removing masks after motorbike levels and bosses.
I tend to forget some old comment-to-comment discussions. Thanks for reminding me of you.

Also i really loved this game as a kid, Now my six-year-old sister plays this game and seeing her play this brings back so many good memories.

Listening back to the Orientation theme, I think it was used in a trailer for "The Inside Out", specifically, the one where Riley got punished in the end.
If there were an efficient PS1 emulator on Wii U, I would be playing this game from dawn to dusk. Hell, I would even do recordings of it! This game is beyond underrated (and does it surprise anyone else that Caddicarus knows about this game?).

I'm from Australia, and I got it for my sixth birthday. And my parents did absolutely no overseas travel at the time. Maybe it just wasn't available in whatever store you were trying to buy it from or something?

Downtown on the PS1, City Centre on the PS2.
Actually, I think it's dependent on not which console you're playing, but which country you're playing in. PAL gets Downtown, US gets City Centre. Even though Americans spell it "Center".
