Hey Joe, awesome recipe. I like to add a couple minced garlic cloves to my cheese sauce. Its ridiculous and then for the leftovers, take the cold mac and cheese, form it into tight pucks or a thick pancake and fry them in a skillet. The cheese gets super crispy and it is next level man.

Without garlic, truffle oil, herbal real butter & extra sharp chedder... that is simply tragic 😥.

Hey Paul, This is a 12" cast iron pan. One without a handle would work just as well. 👍

Hey Joe! I had an idea for a variation of this you might like to test out.
A sort of mexican/texas hot style where you add some chilies or jalapenos, some chorizo, and some kind of hot sauce mixed in with the cheese sauce! I bet that'd taste soooo good!

Looks delicious Joe you’ve got to try a Chicago style stuffed pizza in that cast iron pan and smoker oven, I’ve been doing a meat stuffed pizza and a bbq’d chicken stuffed pizza in cast iron pans on my pellet grill for about 4 yrs now and they’re always a hit 👍

Hey Joe that attachment to your smoker is wonderful I'm glad I saw that attachment because I'm in the market of getting me a pellet smoker so accessory items like that makes it worth purchasing
Love the recipe and plan to try it out myself. But I could never share your video to my parents as you will never hear the end of the comments about you using a metal cooking tools on a cast iron pan. Please use Woden tools in the future.

You don't need it. You can install your top grate if you wanted to cook something else. 👍

What temp did run the Yoder at?
350° the entire cook. Raising the temp to 500° will definitely speed up the cook. 👍
